My fiancé had a amazing experience shopping at Spence for our engagement ring. He loved the open, no-pressure environment of the showroom . Kaitlyn Joseph listened to what he was looking for in an engagment ring and helped walk him through the entire process to ensure he got exactly what he was looking for . As far as me I love my ring more then anything ! 10/10 experience

I went here couple months ago to get an engagement ring for my now fiancé. Maur helped me decide what would be the best one to go for that was within my budget. Even though she initially hinted she wanted a pear stone, I ended up settling with a three stone round based on recommendation Maur has provided. The ring was done just in time for my trip to Paris which is where I popped the question. She loved the ring and could not stop admiring it. Lots of thanks for the team here for making it happen! We will definitely be back to get our wedding bands!

If I could rate this place more than 5 stars I would. I was on the hunt for an engagement ring for my partner. I had went to several different places to look, but ended up getting terrible service and made the process extremely stressful in a very exciting time in my life. So I went to Spence and ended up meeting Chelsea. Thank you Chelsea, for helping me, and making the whole process exciting and smooth. I was blown away by the amount of help you gave. Super professional and helpful and very sweet.

I was in search of an engagement ring for my lovely partner. I came across Spence Diamond's near WEM and the place was beautiful with so many rings to choose from. Mau was really helpful and friendly with helping me find options. Unfortunately, I found a few options somewhere else, but I do recommend to anyone to go here if you're exploring options. My experience here was really good.

My honey had went there on a friends recommendation when searching for an engagement ring back in February. Though they have many beautiful rings, he didn’t quite find exactly what he had in mind on display… he worked with Jordan to have a custom ring create, which he said was such a great experience! He said the design process turned out to be pretty fun, Jordan kept the process flowing smoothly and had an answer for every question my honey had. He was updated every step of the way, even through the fabrication process as well. I can vouch, the final product is absolutely stunning!!! ( took my breath away!) Very beautiful craftsmanship, so comfortable and I LOVE that lifetime cleaning is included! ( and it so fast!)
Flash forward to yesterday we had the pleasure of meeting Kaitlyn while looking for wedding bands. Being as the engagement ring is custom, finding the perfect band to fit with was a little bit of a challenge. To make it a little tougher, I had a pretty specify idea of what I was hoping for in the end (something simple and small as to not take away from the original ring). Kaitlyn had so much patients and presented so many options until I found EXACTLY was I was picturing. She didn’t pressure or make us feel rushed in any way! It was a great price point and I know the quality is going to be exceptional as was the case with the engagement ring.
Thank you both so much for making this such happy memories for us at both occasions!

I came in this morning to shop around for a ring ? I am blown away by the service Kaitlyn gave me ? Not only was she so kind, but man that girl is very knowledgeable!! (wow that was a crazy word to spell haha had to google that one ?) She really knew her stuff, and once she got to know me and the styles i was drawn to, she picked out some really nice stuff she thought i would like, which i loved! ? She was not salesy at all, she was just genuine all around. Thank you for giving me such a wonderful experience and helping me choose "the one" ?

If you're looking for an engagement ring, talk to Jordan at Spence Diamonds! We walked into Spence as a couple to browse rings together and Spence was our last stop after 4 other jewelers. Let me tell you, Jordan is a diamond guru. He is a master of bling. He guided us through the stone and setting choices without any pressure, bringing the wisdom of someone who’s clearly spent a lot of time watching The Bachelor. Jordan patiently answered all our questions about the stone, setting, warranty, the 3 C's, and costs, always with confidence and a warm smile.
The hearts and arrows diamond (ask to see this cut if you havent seen one before) we selected radiated brilliance and sophistication, capturing the light with every movement. Its exquisite clarity and exceptional cut created a captivating shimmer that even impressed me and lets face it, like most guys I don't care about diamonds. As for my better half? Well she was over the moon the entire time!
In short even considering the hit to the wallet, Jordan made the entire experience informative, positive, and fun. Much more than I expected from picking an engagement ring,

Excellent experience from walking in the door to picking out the perfect ring and diamond. With the help of Jordan, our very knowledgeable Spence associate, we were able to browse at our leisure and select the perfect setting and he helped guide us to the perfect diamond. Even the aftercare is exceptional. We highly recommend Spence and Jordan when considering any diamond purchases.

I cannot recommend Jordan enough! Throughout the whole process of purchasing my wife's engagement ring and wedding band he was helpful, knowledgeable, patient and made an otherwise intimidating task so simple and enjoyable. Even with the tight deadline I gave him, Jordan was able to accommodate and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with the ring. Top notch service!
