I've been searching for a landing mat for several months for my aerial practice. I've tried contacting this company numerous times in hopes of getting a quote. I have tried requesting a quote from their website, leaving a voicemail, and talking to a representative on the phone who said they'd send me a quote. However, it's been a few weeks now and I haven't received anything.I'm really bummed because it's a local company and I was hoping they'd be more accessible.

The customer service Sportfactor continues to put forth is so much appreciated. When I call whether to place an order or to pay an invoice the staff on the receiving end are always, always very friendly. Shipping is top notch with affordable shipping cost it just confirms using Sportfactor as the schools go to store.

I just wanted to send a quick message about how impressed I am with my experience with SportFactor. The sales staff, Zach did a great job at answering my questions related to equipment (particularly the specifics about which size volleyball nets to order). Our facility ordered $3000 worth of equipment. The shipping was phenomenally fast— order was placed on Tuesday and it was received Thursday morning, and we're in a different province than Sport Factor. This shows how well the entire team is at providing fast and friendly service.
