Very friendly and helpful. Thank you for having a white background for taking a photo. I couldn't find a photo studio with a proper white background to take a photo. Thank you, wish you a lot of customers.

went to this store today and the guy name GIRTH was very rude first he made us to wait 15 minutes then i asked him to help in print out my documents he didn’t help at all . very unprofessional and rude . POOr customer service.

It takes them an hour to print a page of sticker paper. Staff weren’t of much help. I stood in front of their supervisor and didn’t even ask me if I needed anything. She just did whatever she was doing on a computer then just left and stood in front of the tills, watching the cashiers who didn’t have customers.

We went to drop off an Amazon return same product but 2 in quantity so there was only 1 return label but we had put the labels on both the boxes. The store employee Tanveer returned us back to tape the boxes together and said no we can't provide you with tape, you will have to buy a new roll. When we came back there was another employee named Sweety who gave the packing tape to another customer who packed his box in the store.
All Tanveer had to do was give us the tape in the first visit. Really bad customer service exhibited by Tanveer.

I called ahead to make sure A4 size printing service is available and was told yes. I walk in to the store only to be told by a staff, "We dont do A4 because it is not Canadian size. This size is the A4 size for us", holding out a letter size paper. Are you kidding me right now????!?!?!?! And you work in printing services????? LETTER SIZE IS NOT A4. Absolute idiots.

This is the second or third time I came to pick up my mail packages from this staples. Each time I come here the service gets worse. This time I had to pick up a monitor that was shipped by purolstor here. The sales associate didn’t even look at me given that I should have been next. She helped another customer then me. I stood in line for 10 minutes then comes the sales associates. Asks how she can help me. I say I am here to pick you up my monitor from purolator. Instead of her passing over my purolator package she gives me a 10 minute lecture that they can’t be held liable if this package gets lost also said that they don’t accept purolator packages. First off purolator allowed me to select staples south common for where I can pick my package from
