This review is based on Celina in the shipping/print section. I never encountered a person with a such lack of customer service and people skills. She Never said hello and never asked what I needed, she just expected me to blurt everything out like a rude person. I don't know how a person like that works in customer service but based on that experience I won't be coming back to this store. 0 people skills!

Biggest scam! Believe me!
I went once to have a passport picture and stamp it from behind, and everything went well.
One month after, i went again and i asked them to print more copies for me (since i have the e-copy) but the supervisor refsued that and she told me that i have to take a new picture :s
The lady who took the picture remembers me so well and remembered the picture, but they just want to make you pay again and again.

Chirag help immensely setting up and synchronizing my new Apple computer and Apple phone.
He went out his way to make sure every details and functionality of my new devices were properly tested and he educated me on how use the systems. Chirag also explained very well Black Friday deals special so he save me a lot of money in my purchase. As a result I end up buying two computers instead of one and also a new phone with a new plan that will save me money every month phone plan.

I've had consistently great service at this location whether it's print services, shipping services or just shopping for business supplies. Today I was being helped by Robin and I witnessed her handle an extremely rude customer with patience and grace. Not many people would be as calm in that situation -- I know I wouldn't! She was personable and professional when helping me with my concerns as well. Thank you Robin!
To everyone else: Please be patient with retail workers in any season, but especially during the holiday rush!

I recently had a frustrating experience at the printing section, which left much to be desired. I asked one of the staff members to help me enlarge a design in Word before printing. He barely spent a second fiddling with the mouse and then declared it impossible! There were no alternative solutions, no suggestions—just a flat refusal.
Next, I inquired about their laminating services, hoping for more support. Instead, an older lady rudely told me I should have planned my timing better, claiming they were overwhelmed with other projects and that my request would take days.
Feeling disheartened, I decided to check out another printing shop. Amazingly, they provided me with the same service on the same day! It’s incredible how customer service can make all the difference.

I always use their printing services. They have it all ready really quick.
They also have plenty of mailing, packing and shipping supplies.
I also buy my paper, pinter ink, and other stationary from here

Sad. I’ve been coming to this Staples for my personal and business printing needs for well over 5 years now. Everyone is always so polite and helpful. Seems though as though there’s some new staff in the printing department. I get the same printing done all the time that takes roughly 10 minutes total. Today, the person working was clearly having a crisis. While everyone else seemed to be working diligently, they seemed to be fretting and freaking out and ordering people around in a very non-productive way. Then they started being very curt and rude with me. I told them it was about 45 pages to print (nothing really) and without a word, they pulled out my USB, which they had taken to start the work, and put it on the counter, and said I was going to have to wait until tomorrow or find another Staples. They then started listing all the problems they were having that day, but all very frantically and dismissively. I manage businesses myself, and everyone has bad days, problems they can’t solve or just gets overwhelmed; but it should never be at the expense of the customer or how they feel they’ve been served. I suppose I may come back sometime, but if this person is working, I will certainly turn around and leave. I felt unwelcome, unwanted, and like a burden for being there. Again, sad.

Amazon locker available in this location. Every time I went here, staff were promptly ready to assist me. Free WiFi is available so even if you do not have data, you can always collect your amazon packages. Also, I didn't expect it to have basic cleaning materials too! Can't say anything negative so far! But will soon try the printing services ;)

Placed a custom print order and was confused by the email. I tried calling 3x a day for 5 days but could never get through to anyone and there's no option for a voicemail. I just went in person to ask and spoke to one of the staff in the print department. She was very rude. I left feeling really bad and like I was nothing but a burden to them for coming early and asking about my print order. I'll send a friend to go pick it up when it's ready and never order from staples again.
