Structube is more expensive and much lower quality than even IKEA. Don't ever take it apart as you will find most of the hardware will be broken and it will never go back together. And don't bother asking for spare hardware if you bought over 1 year ago because they won't even try to get you any. Terrible customer service, lowest quality products, outrageous prices. Overall a garbage company, makes me sad they call themselves Canadian

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Do not order anything online because it comes broken and good luck getting any customer service to help you. Manager and Asist. Manager both are playing there cards providing wrong information and don't know what going on with my order. Its very frustrated to not get something especially when I paid upfront.

Amazing customer service at this location. Went into the store today looking for bedroom furniture and Rema was nothing but professional and helpful through the entire process. I recommend this location for any looking to purchase home furniture.

Rema was absolutely fantastic! She provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable about the furniture. She helped me find the perfect pieces for my home and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. I highly recommend working with Rema if you visit Structube. She's the best! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pathetic service by this store specifically Rima the store supervisor annoyed me to the core…My bed delivery was expected today between 1-5 pm I received it at 4:00 pm upon my follow up.. Once I received it, they left it on the doorstep for me to take it to the rooms. I called the store and asked Rima to take a charge and have it delivered to the room but she refused and instead advised me to take refund and pay CAD 69 for exchange.
I’m extremely disappointed with the services they offer and would highly recommend not to trust this store. They also asked me to go through their entire policy of refund and purchase this was insane… I believe this is also against health and safety measures. I request the store manager to call me and advised me with as solution rather than refund and pay extra…

I’ve been looking for an area rug for our family room and found the perfect one at this location. It was on the rack and the last one available as it’s been discontinued. The store attendant I spoke to on Sunday said she couldn’t take it off the rack and someone would have to do it the next day. She took my name and phone number and said she would hold the area rug for a few days. I returned on Tuesday, the area rug was still hanging and when I said my name was on hold for it, they said that they had sold it earlier in the day and would not honour my hold because there was no post it note… horribly managed store. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

My comments align with others regarding the two female sales staff at this store. Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences in a decade.
Visited the store on Feb18@14:00. Drove from the west end specifically to look at the “Soft” sectional and place an order. No attempt to offer any help from girls at the counter (I can deal with that). The model on the floor had a seat that was sunken in the middle and defective. I went up to the desk and approached the two female sales associates about the warranty policy. These two individuals had absolutely no respect for us not just as a customer but as a human. Told this was normal after 4 months in the store, it was “a fifty fifty chance” that Structube would honor a warranty claim after delivery. The worst part was as we walked away, they clearly were talking about us, pointing, rolling eyes and laughing. Basically, we were gaslighted and made to feel crazy for even suggesting there was a problem with the product.
Never had an issue like that at any other Structube location or going further than any retailer period. Negative enough that decided not to order the sofa.

Very disappointed at the quality of the sheets duvet we purchased. Found a whole going down the seem of the duvet. Can’t return it as we already threw away the receipts.

We bought a table here and a few months later a chunk fell out of the leg that has obviously been glued in. When we messaged the store and communicated with them they initially said it would be covered under warranty and a new leg would be sent out. They then said because it is not in stock we have to wait to hear from claims department to see how to proceed. The claims department now says it is not covered as it would have needed to be reported in first 7 days. We are still within the 1 year warranty period still but the store says there is nothing they can do to help us.The first table we ordered and 4 chairs were damaged so bad when they were delivered we had to send it all back. Do not shop here you’re wasting your time and money.

Horrible Service!!! The girls that worked today were lazy and didn’t greet or asked if I needed help with anything . I was looking at some sectionals since there was a summer sale on, and was interested in buying a sectional sadly no one came up to me (the girls were sitting on the couches chatting) I came up to one of them and she said she would be right with me . 5 minutes late nothing still sitting on the couch talking guess they didn’t want To make a sale on a 2500$ couch . I walked out of the store and they just stared.
