Worst French nails I’ve ever seen, the woman was very nice however when it came to the length she cut it right away and only asked me after it was cut if it was okay, then when I said “No I usually like it longer” she said that it’s better shorter because I have a baby, as much as she was nice the French nails looks so bad! As if a child did it, this was not worth $78 at all!!
Will not be returning

Listen to the reviews, folks.
I saw most of the bad reviews were about nails but thought I’d give them a try for waxing.
They were friendly hence the second star. But, I was taken into a back closet. I left with wax still on me and cotton stuck to my arms. After treatment I noticed many areas where there were random bits of hair.
Pay the extra bit of cash to go somewhere reputable.

I've been a client for 3 years and they brought in a new woman to do my nails and she hurt my toe and my toe wouldn't stop bleeding and they still charged for the service. I was in pain for two weeks and almost sued them.

Normally these ladies do a great job so I’ll give 2 stars, this experience however I’d give 0 stars for. I’m so unsatisfied with these. I paid $63 and they looked horrible. I tried getting the technician to fix them…. This is them “fixed”. I would normally try to argue and get them to fix them but I was so annoyed I went somewhere else. So I’ve now paid a total of $110 between 2 separate salons and remember why I hate getting my nails done.

I came here with my mom for her bday to get nails. Good service but rushed my nails. her nails turned out good as she wanted but overpriced ( pink set)
I paid 65 for French tips and it looks nothing like the picture I showed her. I told her pointy almond and it looks like rat nails. As well as when I told her the white tip looks too big she was like it’s already done but I showed a clear pic of what I wanted.Done by Cindy I believe. Not coming back !

I have had 3 spa pedicures done there, I am absolutely in love with the ladies there and the fellow who have worked on my feet. I am diabetic, I also have rheumatoid and osteoarthritis so my feet can be nasty. They go out of their way to do an absolutely amazing job . They have a loyal pedicure customer for life. My fingernails, however, I went last week to get a manicure done, my appointment got interrupted by a separate customer going around asking, all the ladies doing the nails, If they did her nails the last time and if their name was Jenny. And as luck would have it, the lady doing my nails is the one who had done hers. We had basically just gotten started on my hands, and they did need work, my hands were in really rough condition. The other customer was told to sit directly across from us. Which made me slightly uncomfortable as my technician told her 5 minutes. It'll just be 5 minutes when we had basically just started. I felt that my service was really rushed. And not even a week later, part of the gel polish had already come off of one of my thumbs. This is the second time of getting my hands done that this has happened, different place last time. Maybe it's a sign that I should not get my nails done. lol Just once I would really love a good hand massage and manicure. I shouldn't have to come home and trim the hangnails left behind. Whatever lotion she used on my hands did smell delicious, so that's a bonus. I'm guessing the lady who did my nails must be awesome for somebody to seek her out like that. However, I did not enjoy my appointment being cut short. My hat is off to her though, that she did such an awesome job that somebody was seeking her out. I just really wish I would have had that awesome job done as well.

Need to take ur time and actually listen to what people want and not rush, nails should NOT be coming out chunky and uneven.

friendly but very basic nails and not always the best ... will only come here for my feet now. cause they do great with that everytime but.... this time my nails were bumpy when If I had the time I would've made them fix them up. but I also told them I wanted the gold flakes and they said it was just glitter polish they needed to do the look I wanted yeah I should've went with my gut

If I could give them a zero I would. I went in for a removal and Julie at studio nails attempted to pry off my acrylics with a nail tip. She damaged my natural nails so severely by going over the natural nails with a nail bit multiple times throughout the 15 minutes she spent with me. I asked her if at any point she was going to soak the acrylic and remove with a cuticle pusher and she responded that if I wanted a soak I should have asked, as if that is not the typical method used to remove acrylic nails. If I hadn’t asked, Julie would have continued to snap off the acrylic dry by prying in between the acrylic and my natural nail with a nail tip. She then “soaked” my nails in about 1inch of acetone for less then a minute and continued to use the drill bit on the wet nails. Very poor service and I am left with severe damage and sensitivity. Do not recommend.

I went to this place back in November 2022 a couple months later for a regular pedicure with spa and when I went the lady picked up my toenail so much on the side that a couple months later I got an ingrown toenail there so badly I had to take medication and then went for ingrown toenail surgery which really hurt I would never go again.

I love getting my nails done by Julie! She makes you feel welcomed and relaxed and always tries to make sure if you like the shape, length, color etc. She does a great job and I’ve gotten numerous compliments on my nails!!!
