The girl working at night 1march(slim with spectacles) was really rude and gave me the stale bread which was really hard to chew.I asked for refund n was giving the sandwich back as well but she was not ready to listen and was arguing instead. Bad customer service. Won’t recommend this location.

The best customer service and the food. The lady who made our sandwiches went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests. Her name was Deep, she was very patient and polite.

This review is directed towards the owner:I have worked at subways for 6+ yearsI have eaten at this specific subway location for 3+ yearsFor the last few months, every time I ordered or came in, there were major issues.First of all your staff all suck. The ladies are so rude and eye roll at every request. They act like im asking for gold if I ask for a sauce on the side.Here are some examples of how poorly these employees are either trained or act.-ordered a regular sub with nothing special. She charged me for extra cheese. I did not even get the extra cheese. Like what? And she rolls her eyes when I asked her to correct it. She did not correct it and I paid 3$ for free-ordered a salad and they didn’t put cheese. I asked her to put the shredded cheese (I’ve ordered this 100 times ) and she claims it doesn’t come with cheese. Do I need to train the staff? The bowl was also half empty. She roll her eyes every time in anger when I made a simple request like hey can u put more than 2 olives maamThis is a weekly occurrence and if I had the option of another location I wouldI don’t even care if you charge me more. But atleast fill the sub/bowl more than half way.They didn’t even ask me if I want sauce or salt and peppers or anything ! I had to make her open the package again to actually put the rest of the veggies I wanted??!?I’ve met the owner many times and he’s very nice, and makes them properly. This is a humble request please train your staff. They should also not be speaking to people on their AirPods during work and ignoring the customers. Also I’m not Punjabi so why are they speaking to me in Punjabi? When they realize I don’t speak Punjabi they start talking trash with the coworker and I can actually understand them.Won’t be coming back until there’s a drastic change. Last straw was when she handed me a ripped bag and accused me of ripping it before I even touched it.

Very bad subway no good service I used a coupon and they didn't even bother to use it told them to toast it but they didn't it was cold they were rude they didn't put more salt and pepper like I asked they had no respect I ordered 3 turkey footlong sub and 1 veggie they put no tomatoes and aloo Tikkia they didn't even put that in bad place don't go here there were 3 girls very RUDE no respect

Don't order from here, they makeup their hours as they go. Can place an order clearly within the time window, but they cancel it when the driver is picking it up. Shafting the driver and whoever ordered.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to, ordered in drive thru, waited 30 MINUTES while watching 3 girls inside horsing around without even so much as making eye contact with me, couldn’t get anyone’s attention! Had to pull back through the drive through just to be able to talk to someone and got told to come inside and that they can hear me now! Completely ridiculous management, I recommend anyone if you have the ability go to a different subway! This one is ridiculous!

DO NOT USE SCAN & GO. They are charging twice for one order. I advise you to check your card statement. All the locations are doing it. Something is wrong with their app.

I visited this place twice and had best experience ever out of all subways in the city. Staff was so polite and patient both times which made my day and their service didn’t realize me that I am adding burden on their busy day. It was visible that they had lots of orders but all three girls were smiling and dealing every customer like their their first customer of the day?
