The lady was opened at ten I came in at 1040 she was complaining about how she just opened and had nothing ready. Ordered a melt sub she didn’t even put the bacon on and apparently they give regular mustard in packs not on a sandwich and she didn’t even give me any. There was also half the regular amount of chicken on my chicken bacon sub. She watched me leave and the bag ripped right outside the door and I had a baby in my arms and I’m 6 months pregnant and she stands there watching me have to walk away and leave my food on the ground and come back for it after I put my baby in the car. Unbelievable. And the food tastes disgusting.

I was going to purchase a sub. The "sub artist" spilled my toppings all over the splash board. Then put back on my sub. I don't want cross-contamination. She said it's "okay". I declined my sub. Then she proceeded to place the bun back into the oven, after having my meats and cheese on it - more cross-contamination for the next customer. Then she placed all the toppings back into the bin for re-sale. Gross

This review is for the worker named Gautam. Whenever I get a sub from him it’s always a disaster, it falls apart, I gotta constantly put the sub back together. He smushes it together and doesn’t close it nicely. Like if you’re gonna work somewhere at least pretend you enjoy your job.

My dead grandmother could have made me a sandwich in a one tenth of the time it took here. I don't know if the owner is inept, but you need more than one person working on a Sunday afternoon. A line up of people out your door and one person being served every 5 minutes makes for a ridiculous wait and a long line up of angry customers for your poor single person to deal with.

This review is about the lady working around 9:30 pm on Monday. Horrible horrible experience she almost made us feel like we were not welcome there at all cuz she was doing her closing stuff as soon as we entered she looked at the clock and gave us an angry look. Than she proceeded by saying i have limited time b fast. I couldn't believe the way she talked to us . Also the lights and the sign on the door that says was turned off and the store almost looked like it's was already closed which I am sure she wasn't allowed to do. Sorry but that lady's service was beyond disgusting and m sure the store must b loosing sale bcz of that attitude by staff.

HORRIBLE service. The older lady working there during the day is so rude and constantly tries to charge me extra for something I never get charged for at other subways. Anytime I’ve gone there and it’s been her working, I always have a problem (whether that be coupons, or the app.) It’s not the customers fault your computer isn't updated! The customer should not have to pay more as a result!!This location has lost me as a customer completely.

Tried their new wrap , it was so bland and tasteless. The staff did not even know what went into the wrap received extremely very poor service. People behind us in the line got served before us I guess because we weren’t like them? Worst wrap I have ever had, IWill NEVER eat at this location or any subway ever againOverpriced , poor quality and terrible service

My two cents to the tobacco-chewing (because of which he could barely speak)gentleman, I do respect your right to indulge in your habit(although I doubt if its even allowed for a food-handler to do so)please have a mask on if you choose to keep chewing while prepping subs. We do not want our subs to get sprayed by your saliva. I was grossed out, felt instantly nauseous and had to run away. Whatever happened to Simran??!!, she was truly professional. This is the subway i have been frequenting for months, am not going to go back as long as this is the standard the management is coming up with.

So I got a sub from skip the dishes, it had plastic in the sub from a bag. Contacted skip with no help at all. Then called the subway and right away was treated great, took a 5 minute bike ride back and the worker Parth R was very nice and gave me a new fresh sub. Great service from Parth, even though there was a mistake, they were quick to correct it

They don't honor their own discount coupons. I had a valid/ instore use discount coupon. I am never visiting this store again.

Horrible service. The guy who was serving chewing something and unable to talk. Also “the toaster is not working” from last week. I dont if you need customers or getting rid from them. The half amount of veggies and sauce.. too cheap.

Will never visit again.We ordered 2 veggie patties sub, veggie patties are really cold. Very poor service and arrogant staff behaviour when we tell them the fact about food.
