I paid for my order with a credit card, and when their POS went down they expected me to pay again! When I told the staff and manager that I was uncomfortable with paying again since the amount was successfully charged to my credit card, I was treated as if I was trying to score a free meal. I found that to be insulting. Very poor customer service, and I will NOT be returning.

Ordered a six pack of cookies and the establishment didn’t even have a box for them. I asked for a water cup and they didn’t have one either. The cookies were rock hard and tasted odd and completely different from normal subway cookies. The service was horrible and the employees were more focused on talking with each other than helping a customer. Unedible food, poor consumer accommodations and mediocre service.

They made literally the worst sandwich I've ever bitten into and there was nothing I could do about it because I ordered on UberEats. I'm only giving 2 stars so the review stays up.If you work at a make your own sub place, my suggestion is to make what the customer ordered, not give them something completely different without even calling to ask if that's okay. The bread was really stale, and they gave me the wrong bread. If I could gove 0 stars I would.Vegetarian options: What a joke for vegetarian options if they literally forget the cheese....

As an employee of the university, it has come to my attention that the female manager, identifiable by the green shirt she wears, could benefit from improving her communication skills. It has been brought to my attention that some customers have found her demeanour to be grumpy and her tone to be insulting, which is unwelcoming for customers. It is important that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience, and for this reason, the manager must adjust her communication style to align with the customer service standards of the organization. The staff is generally helpful, but it is crucial that the manager sets the right tone through her communication style.Vegetarian options: Please include masala Indian cottage cheese in veg sandwich option

The prices at checkout is different than the prices on the board! I got annoyed when I asked why that was the case, and the old filipino worker replied "Yeah sorry they have increased". It is almost like she charged me for a different item.

I was gonna buy food at Student Union’s Subway and the manager was screaming at her employee, I sense the manager bullying her employee. After this scene I just went to buy at Edo.I strongly believe that Subway at Student Union’s building needs a new respectful manager.

This location has no sense of urgency. When I arrived, there were no staff located within the physical restaurant. After standing there briefly, and admittedly contemplating going elsewhere, finally some woman yelled angrily across the Student's Union Building that there was customers waiting, and a member of staff appeared from the back - who was there the whole time! It was distressing to watch, because as students, we only have a brief gap between classes to eat, so this held a few of us up... and - expectantly - this location, being in the SUB, should've been staffed and prepared for their lunch rush. Instead, they're happily ignorant to their duties at their busiest time. The lethargic attitudes here are poorly and worth significant review. -1 star.I then had to repeat my order at least three times; and, the staff member still managed to get my sandwich wrong. For example, I did not want my sub toasted. When she finally realized this, as I protested her putting my sandwich in the toaster oven - despite having already told her - she then had to apparently move my sandwich to a different bread base? - This, I don't get. But, it held me up again. Then, becuase it was not being toasted, the bacon on my sub had to be put in the toaster anyway, so another hold up, unnecessarily. Then, topping time - the staff member missed the mark entirely. I finally gave up and just took what they gave me between veggies and sauce. Terrible service. No listening skills. -1 star.TLDR: There's so many other restaurants in the SUB, that if you really aren't sold on a sandwich... try going elsewhere.This Subway simply isn't up to par.
