So idk what it is with this Subway but everytime I get a sub here they wrap it up so poorly and flip sandwich upside down or sideways and all the sauce gets all over the wrapping and comes off sandwichThe staff are fairly nice but can take awhile even with the manage there he doesn't really seem to get it .I stood for around 3 minutes 2 visits ago and there was no one else in line they both saw me come in but didn't serve me untill 3 or 4 mins after .pretty annoying when there is no other customers .. like Let's gooAnd then the more recent time I went again my sandwich gets flipped over like I'm sorry I didn't realize their not paying attention to this but when it comes to subway kinda important not to hand customer their sandwich upside down ..like how hard is it to make sure my sandwich is wrapped correctly ?Vegetarian options: Seemed to have veggie optionsParking: Lots of spots all around over 20 spotsWheelchair accessibility: Ground level lots of spots on sidewalk that go down

I've been living in this area for at least 5 years and go to this subway quite regularly. I have never had a bad experience, ever. Foods always warm, staff is friendly, they even took my expired coupon once

We were pleased to have been served by Gill this evening! It was a busy night at around 7:40 on this long weekend and Gill still personally greeted us at the door. He was SOOO friendly and connected with us right away. He was all by himself and still was able to hustle making our sandwiches perfect while still serving the other customers. What a true hard worker!!!! He truly made our Sunday night away, my partner and I would make the drive to be served by him again at this location. Thanks for making our night Gill!!

Honestly, such poor customer service. From not being greeted whatsoever to being ignored when asking questions and only being answered when the question was asked twice. (And barely answered… practically answered them myself.) needless to say, I will not be coming here again simply because of customer service - or lack thereof . And then to be watched when selecting the no tip option, weird vibes in here.

Best Subway location that I've had in Edmonton. Perfect amounts of sauce and lots of meat and filling.. I ordered online but the prices at this location are the cheapest via Skip.. ... Staff was more than willing to accomedate your specific wants... Staff was super nice.. Highly recommend AND they have the pizza sub again!!

The staff here is terrible and definitely not friendly. I’ve gone a few times and been disappointed every time. Got a 6” sub and a bubly and was charged 13.75$, it was too late for me that I even realized that was way too much. I’m going to edo from now on at least they greet you lolUpdate June 2023: went back with hopes of a better experience. Was turned away at 11AM because he was working on a “big” order and couldn’t make subs for us. Then close your door and turn your light off? Will not return.

Craziest subway experience I’ve ever had. As soon as we get to the restaurant we noticed 3 employees outside having a heated argument. We were waiting inside for someone to come make our sub, and I go outside to ask if they work here. The lady told me “2 minutes.” And continue to argue outside. Finally one of the ladies came inside and started making 2 of our subs at the same time and put the wrong ingredients on our sub. I believe they were still so heated from the fight that they weren’t thinking straight. The manager finally came in and thank god he did. I could tell that there was some kind of fight happening, hopefully he figures it out with his employees. That was the most uncomfortable Subway experience I’ve ever had.
