This was my go-to subway and loved Riza. Her service was exceptional and the food was always great - but the last 2 times I went there was just the most awful experience… the first fail was about a week ago and my server was just annoyed with the fact I walked in the door - she literally slapped everything on the bread and when I asked for shredded cheese she put the tiniest amount - I asked for a little extra and she rolled her eyes at me and put an even tinier amount on - then toasted without even asking if I wanted them toasted - then just to ruin her day even more I asked for red onion on my sandwich - when I tell you this girl grabbed an entire handful of red onion and slapped it on the sandwich I actually had to say out loud “my god girl please stop” … this is literally the first time in my life I never tipped …I know this is a long review but it’s just gotta be said - hubby went to grab us subs again today and when he asked for mustard she laid packs of mustard to the side and said “you’ll have to do that yourself” $40 for 2 subs and being told to add your own mustard was just so rude … unfortunately we’ll never go back to this location again. If you do go - cross your fingers and hope for Riza.

KIDS MEAL PRICES ARE NOT POSTED, AND ARE A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!! I specifically asked how much a KIDS MEAL was and what it included. THE WORKER TOLD ME 5$, THEN AT THE TILL I WAS CHARGED FOR THE DRINK AND COOKIE THAT HAVE ALWAYS BEEN INCLUDED IN A KIDS MEAL. worker held her ground said she was right and I just didnt understand.... like thats why I asked how much and what it included. She held her ground that the kids SANDWICH is 5$ and that she answered my question correctly even thought I specifically stated kids MEAL which is more than just a sandwich. TOTAL RIP OFF AND THE STAFF DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. I WILL NEVER EAT HERR AGAIN!!!! TRAIN THE STAFF PROPERLY OR POST YOUR PRICES!!!!!!!!

Bought few sandwiches on the Saturday before Thanksgiving Long Weekend. Bread seemed stale. Just turned out to be waste of money. Subway franchises have become a lottery in terms of food quality nowadays. This location not the one where you would come for a great sandwich.

The service is excellent, the lady that made my sub did a fantastic job, I asked for extra mayo and boy did she comply. I would recommend this location. I will be going back.

Very good food, lady working at the front was very nice and friendly, she had a conversation with us. 9/10, only downside was chicken wasn't completely warm, it was cooked, but not warm or hot.

I came in here yesterday morning as I just wanted a breakfast sandwich. The girl working was very impatient. There was no one else in the store but me, she asked me what I wanted and I said “i’m sorry your menu is changing it’s screen too quickly i’m still trying to look at your breakfast menu” and she asked me “Well how long will you take.” I found that so rude, as I was only standing there for 30 seconds. So I said nevermind and left because I will not support such rude behaviour rushing customers out of the restaurant.

Worse subway I ever had I bought two foot long chicken teriyaki and steak and cheese there was hardly any meat in then and their vegetables where not fresh never going here again

Why does the manager not respect his business enough to fully staff? Horrible lunch time waits.My sub is paid for. Huge line up. Pre ordered on app and that doesn’t matter. The post office so overwhelmed that they don’t even have customer service anymore. The girl told me to lineup like everyone else and not use the app. Can I just have my money back please
