I order veggie patty sub and I ask her to change the gloves because am allergic from chicken she make bad expressions moreover I sad her that can u please grill my sandwich too , she refused me in very bad tone and replied me that we are just following company policy . Her behaviour is rude.

HeyI just want to know that your subway company is different from another subways because i am also working on subway and today i visit at this place ,i told the lady to toast the bread and before toasting she gives me the choice;either she can toast or either grill.When i told her i am also working on subway…she said companies are different . Quite busy over the lunch hour 11:50 - 12:20 or so. Otherwise, the lines are reasonable. The regular staff are committed to service and remember your preferences if you are a regular customer. They serve a lot of people quickly for a small group. They usually close around 3:00pm. I only wish they could stay open a little longer.

Subway has a promotion advertised at many of their restaurants INCLUDING this one: When you buy a $25 gift card you get a coupon redeemable for a 6” sub for $1. The sign is clearly posted on their cash register.We recently took advantage of this offer and when I went to redeem the coupon they refused it saying they don’t accept them.The coupon does say “Valid at participating restaurants” but given they have this offer clearly posted at this location I believe that they are technically participating in the promo and therefore should be held accountable. Due to the timing I didn’t have time to ask for a manager and I didn’t want to interfere with the flow of hungry customers at lunch time but I’m hoping Subway responds to the email I sent.
