We enjoyed shopping at the Suzy shier WEM. All the clothing here is beautiful. We found the perfect dress here thanks to Charlene, she was very pleasant and helpful.

I have been here 2 times and both times i had a wonderful experience. The ladies at this store are very helpful and friendly but i'd like to specifically thank Alysa who helped me pick/try a few dresses for a wedding. She was super helpful and very sweet! Jouita was also wonderful, she helped me with my exchange and was very sweet and friendly! I wish we had more people like this in the customer service industry, i will always recommend this location to everyone, wonderful team!!

Got a great deal on a dress, but. I stopped into Suzy Shier wem at the start of my shopping day. Tried on a dress I liked but noticed it was ripped in 2 places (one was really bad). So I brought it to the front desk to let her know. She thanked me for letting her know and took the dress. After my shopping day ended, I went back to get the dress I liked from Suzy. Only to find the ripped dress I gave the lady was back on the rack for sale. Also finding another dress that was ripped on the rack. So moral of the story. If you are going to shop here make sure you try it on and check for any damage before you buy it.

So very pleased to be able to get Le Château clothes, shoes and dresses again!! Hope they expand into other locations as well.
Excellent evening staff last night. Let us stick around right up to close so my 14 year old could make up their mind on a Grade 9 Farewell dress. No pressure, just many kind and flattering words interspersed with the right amount of space. Well done ladies
