Dont expect much from Swarovski. It is same jewellery u buy on shein
No guarantee of longetivity.
I had my ring purchased with love and imagine a material sooo bad that color came off
They said dont use hands under water! yea like i shouldn’t wash my hands after pooping.
It is obvious that hand under water will go for basic things and Gold is gold
And they charge same as gold for fake and imagine profits they make.
I asked thm to recover my ring and i ll pay and still they said no
So dont invest in fake products.
One gold is better then 10 fakes.
Nevvvvvveeeerrr letting thm make profits for sure in future

I just would like to thank the store personnel & manager who delivered along with the product I ordered online, a card and a flower I had gotten to a special person of myself. The person left super happy and loves the present from Swarovski. Well done Team. Thank you ;)

I frequently purchase Swarovski products because I love the quality, design and pricing of their products. This is my go to store just for ease of accessibility as I frequent the mall, and this is closest location for me to pick up my orders when I purchase online. My recent visit was very pleasant and I appreciated the above and beyond service from Sidra. Her name tag said senior crystal expert, can't say I know what they do specifically, but I like that she and her colleague went out of their way to check their stock and inventory for the exact product I wanted. I'll definitely visit again and I hope my other visits are as good!

My son bought an engagement ring for his gf and she was very cautious making sure to take it off before showering , doing dishes, etc. She never wore it to work has been so meticulous about caring for it. Not even a month after having it she noticed it was starting to tarnish. She messaged the company and they were good about sending a one time replacement new one but now what happens if this one does the same thing?

I used to buy a lot from this store, my last experience with the customer service made me look elsewhere. Whoever hired that lady named Riba (or hiba) should be fired too. This store doesn't deserve 1 star.

My recent encounter with the customer service at this establishment was nothing short of a nightmare. The sheer incompetence and rudeness displayed by an employee named Hiba not too sure what was her name, left me utterly appalled.The issue was straightforward: we had purchased a product from this place, and we decided to seek assistance when it developed a problem. We had the original box that came with the product, but Hiba, in her infinite wisdom, insisted that it should be another white box. Now, here's the kicker – when we bought the item about a week or so ago, the lady who assisted us did not provide us with any white box. So, essentially, Hiba was demanding something that was never given to us in the first place.But it didn't stop there. Instead of acknowledging this oversight or offering any reasonable solution, Hiba was incredibly rude and dismissive. She treated us with such disdain that I felt we were being accused of fraud. Her attitude was not only unprofessional but also downright disrespectful.I left the establishment feeling frustrated, disrespected, and utterly disappointed in the level of customer service provided

Found a nice little figurine for my wife for our crystal anniversary. Seems like I might be starting an expensive habit if she likes it as much as I think she will. Very professional service. I hope we won't be back... but we probably will be.

Bought a necklace set and asked for the extender to be added to the package. Got home and there's no extender and they don't bother to answer their phones. My partner and I called at least 3 times.
