The business is family owned and operated, with phenomenal, top notch, friendly, and amazing service highlighted repeatedly. The store also hosts fun events and giveaways. For those with dietary restrictions, there is a good selection of sugar-free products and a gluten-free section. While some note the options can be a little lacking compared to others, the overall experience is highly recommended, with many calling it a worthwhile visit.
