We ordered cake from the bakery and they put the cake in a cardboard box instead of using proper packaging for the cake, bad customer service they make you feel like you’re talking to yourself.

Good asian grocery store! I like to buy the individial brrad with fillings. Also I got to buy rambutans there and they are good and sweet. A lot of rare snacks.

T & T supermarket has the BEST cake bakery EVER! Everything from their cake showcase to the book of cakes u can choose from. Always fresh. I’ve been ordering for a long time from here and never once been disappointed. I highly recommend you try it. Our favorite is the fresh fruit cakes and the mangos. Too die for! They also sell individually wrapped mini cakes. Perfect for all occasions!

What a pathetic experience I have faced today while I was sharing my food experience to the person over Asian food at Customer service desk in Northgate Center in Edmonton, Alberta
We had a food with my family and there’s a fried chicken my daughter’s favorite and it was literally expired oil smelling, I felt to escalate to the responsible person in the store.
One guy confronted over me and ate one piece of chicken, he said nothing wrong with this very loudly such I got embarrassed in front of other customers.took out some dollars from his pocket and offered me and offered me or he said if you want free meal, or I’ll return your money.
It’s not about returning money and should except clients experience and need to emphatically respond. I did not complain about food , but it’s horrific experience.
Can we expect such a professional response in the near future ?

T&T Supermarket offers a wide range of Asian products and fresh produce, making it a convenient one-stop shop. However, the store can get quite crowded, and prices are sometimes higher than other grocery stores. Customer service is hit or miss, but overall, it’s a decent place for specialty items.
