It’s crazy expectations to show up to a bank and actually be able to take out money that is rightfully yours without being denied.

Seems like TD has left this branch and reviews on a passing note - like a child we know is a trouble maker with no recourse.
Seriously, they need to be trained better. Had to get a letter 3 times before they could finally get it right!!
