There's a Persian man who was a teller and was very uncomfortable to deal with, he kept bugging my friend and trying to get her attention. She clearly said no but he kept insisting and harassing her to give up her phone number to the point where she just wanted to leave.. He also made inappropriate jokes about her ethnicity. In this day and age, these are unacceptable actions. I highly recommend this bank filter their hiring properly as this was very unprofessional. Makes me and my friends not want to come here anymore as we were very scared and nervous standing in front of this man.

Never had a good experience with the drive thru ATM machine. It constantly rejects all my cash for no apparent reason. I go to other TD branches ATM machines and they work fine.

Moving on from TD. I've been with them seriously over 40 years. Mostly due to non-competive rates and fees, but the RESP lady I've had the displeasure of using twice now is an equal mixture of incompetent and rude. Don't need that when there are many options.

This is the dumbest TD in the system. You can never use the inside ATM after hours. There is no way to access them as the doors are locked and there isn't even a card pad for access. I don't want to be doing my business through the outside ATM, and every other location allows me to access the terminals inside. TD charges enough in bloody fees that they can keep the door unlatched so that the clients can use them. 6pm and I have to drive to another branch because someone at this branch decided to make their own policy.
