The worst TD branch in the city. They make everything difficult at this branch. I wasn’t able to deposit cheques and Cash into a business account. The manager and her team created their own rules. I went to a different branch and deposit was done in 5 minutes. Just a waste of time to stop at this branch.
Zero procedure in place, always depends on the person helping you.

Stay away from this bank. Customer service is horrible. They are super slow. Not one employee in the branch knows what they are doing. I’ve never been to a bank as bad as this one

Seriously! I can’t walk in after hours to use the bank machine? I have to use the drive through where I can’t easily cover my PIN when entering. Not exactly putting your customers first you cheapos!

Called thrice at the branch, representative put the call on hold after picking up every single time and cut the call after 15-30 seconds. So rude.

Had a meeting with a personal advisor (Victor Su). He made a racialized comment from the get-go. Extremely arrogant and condescending as he was dismissive of what we wanted for a product. Told us he would look into things and call us back, never heard back from him. Family will never go this TD branch nor would we recommend it to anyone.

Was told by visa my card would be delivered to the branch for pick up on Wednesday, waited until Thursday for good measure. Not there. Not their fault but rather the visa rep. But I got a call while I was at work saying card was in, rushed in after work- called because timing was tight to get there, guy on the phone was rude, got there 2 mins spare and had the door shut as I was walking through the first door. As I had called, he said I'll let you in this once (don't worry not going back a second time), to be told my card was not there. Mostly going to say visa rep at fault but the branch reps didn't help the situation.

I made an appointment to open an account and deal with some coins and Canadian mint products. Sanpreet was excellent and dealt with my coins perfectly even though she had never had the experience before. The whole process was quick and professional.

Staff are great to deal with but the waiting times and line up are disgusting long as there are not enough tellers. Average wait 20 minutes

I was dealing with Michele Mendoza regarding my FHSA and I will not be going back to this branch. When I was getting everything set up, Michele asked me if I wanted to keep my FHSA funds in a GIC for a year or for 100 days. The interest rate I would earn on 100 days was 5.5% and I believe the interest rate on a year was around 6%. I wasn't planning on keeping my money in for a year so I chose the 100 days. My initial deposit was $1000 and I was told I'd be earning 5.5% of that at the end of 100 days, which would be $55. I was not informed that 5.5% would be calculated by dividing over the course of a year and then multiplied by how many days it was left in, so I earned 1000 x 0.055 ÷ 365 x 100 = $15 earned. For $15, I wouldn't have bothered putting my money into a GIC. When I asked Michele about why this is, she tried to tell me that she explained that to me and I assured her she did not. What a waste of time as I thought my money would be earning a lot more than it did. When my other deposits that were in GICs were about to mature, I sent her an email asking for all of my funds to be pulled from the GICs and left as cash in my FHSA. She responded saying she didn't have any time to assist until over a month away due to RSP season and she asked if I wanted to deal with someone else. She never gave me the information of another coworker and never responded to my final email agreeing to work with someone else. Michele not only lied and misrepresented the truth, but she ignored me when I was happily willing to work with someone else. Not impressed in the slightest with this customer service and I won't be back.
