Booked an appointment at this branch over a week ago, associate called day of to cancel appointment. Always a challenge to make an appointment at this branch, mostly have to schedule a week in advance. Very disappointed in the service received.

Dreadful Monday after work and only 2 cashiers working with 16 ppl in line. So unprofessional!!
