I purchased my vehicle from the dealership and have been taking my explorer for regular oil changes at Team Ford. No Issues were noted even though my tire pressure sensor was flagged and I also have a rear engine seal leak. I’m a bit disappointed overall.
I had initially left a two star review but after leaving feedback I received a follow up call from the assistant service manager to address my concerns. They were quick to try to make things right. I appreciate their effort. Unfortunately once trust is lost its difficult to regain it. I will continue to go to Team Ford for service.

This is where we got our Bronco 2025! We had an awesome transaction with our sales, Marcus T. He was straight forward with the information that we asked him. We had a fast, easy and hassle free deal with this guy. Highly recommended!!! This place has also a very comfortable showroom for clients. Staff are smiling and very accommodating. I came into Team Ford service department this past Monday believing I was picking up my vehicle which was being repaired. While talking with the service team expert, Pamela, who is also one of my favourite people, the tech informed me that the repairs were going to be more than what the vehicle was worth at this point. I knew we would be looking at a new vehicle soon but did not think it was going to be this soon. I told Pamela I’ve been thinking about a Ford Explorer. She said “well let me introduce you to Aziz; maybe he can help you.”I did not think I was going to purchase a new vehicle that day, but Aziz made it very easy for me to feel comfortable and a little bit excited about purchasing a new vehicle. I just picked up my Ford Explorer and on the drive home smiled the whole way! Thank you to Pamela and Aziz for making what is always a difficult decision a whole lot easier!

Thomas, the Sales Manager, and Sid, my Sales Representative, were excellent to work with from start to finish. Both were professional, responsive, and genuinely focused on making the process smooth and straightforward. Thomas ensured everything was handled clearly and efficiently, while Sid was great at walking me through the details and following up promptly.
What really stood out was the transparency and lack of pressure. Communication was clear, expectations were set properly, and everything that was discussed was followed through on. It made the entire experience feel easy and well managed.
I would absolutely recommend working with Thomas and Sid at Team Ford and would not hesitate to do business with them again.
