Tried paying bill for 3 weeks. Automated service does not work, yet they are a phone company!!!! Trying to get through to someone is worse than going through customs for an international flight. Drove to store they couldn’t help told me I had to call. Terrible customer service non-existent customer service

The most bogus internet service. I applied for a 150mbps in a 2 year term for $75, then the technician downgraded my plan into 50mbps in a month to month term without informing me or even sending an email of a new contract. Had to pay for the OVERUSAGE OF DATA ALSO THE PRICE OF THE DOWNGRADE SHOULD ONLY BE $60, BUT MY BILL IS STILL THE AMOUNT FOR THE 150MBPS. I HAD TO PAY $250 FOR 2 MONTHS ONLY INCLUDING THE OVERUSAGE DATA, AND THEY COULD ONLY REFUND $65 THEY SAID WHICH SUPPOSED TO BE $100.

Horrible unethical company. They installed high speed at my place after signing a $50 a month contract. They didn't tell me they were going to up the charge and when I asked to cancel because they lied they said its a $300 cancellation fee. 3 hours on the phone to be met with no answers. Another monopoly taking advantage of Canadians. Criminals.

This company is a disaster. Nightmare with mobility. Now tried moving my home internet services. Waited weeks with delays. They just canceled the install. Now paying for no service lol. Over an hour to wait on the phone middle of the day. Where is the cancel button?

Amazing customer service. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Both of the employees today at Telus helped me and guided me the best service as per my requirement. Would highly recommend this location. Violet was very friendly and helpful and the other staff too(sorry I don’t know the name of the other staff member). Dont buy telus services. They advertise their products as very cheap and affordable, but then slowly change their prices to a point where its back to being just as, or more expensive, to continue with them. I started out with a $60 for unlimited data. Now im being told i have to pay 85$, with the additional $20 to finanace a phone that was advertised as a "free Upgrade". This, along with terrible customer service makes for an extremely frusterating expirence. for a company who propogates thier intrest in making the lives of canadian comfortable, this seems a bit on the contrary. Multi billion dollar companies need to be held accountable, and im assuming thats why Telus doesnt have a complaint line.
