I have been a long time customer of the Brick mattress store. As per usual, my purchase was seamless. The manager Vlora was an absolute delight to deal with, non pushy and knowledgeable. Will continue purchasing in the future.
The delivery team was exceptional also. Came on time, communication was great and guy was friendly.

Terrible customer service. We were the only customers in the store and the assistant manager was rude, moody, and openly irritated with us. He got angry when we opened the door briefly to adjust our car so we could load a mattress something completely reasonable. His attitude ruined the entire experience. I used to like this store, but after this interaction I won’t be coming back.

Roy helped both myself, and my boyfriend purchase our mattresses (separate times) and during both trips he was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, friendly, and made the experience super easy. I appreciated his friendly attitude and how he wasn't a pushy salesperson. It's obvious Roy knows his stuff, and is great at what he does! Thanks Roy!

I was happy with the service. Delivered on time, and items purchased were in good shape. Except recliner spring broken. But re-delivery of it, and customer service were awesome. No hassles. Delivered it on time as well.

Both David and Roy are very knowlegeable-have patience with questions, and give you the space to check out mattresses-i.e. trying them out-it was a painless experience and I highly recommend!
