Recently we had to exchange our sofa sectional as it had a tear in it, thankfully we purchased the extra warranty as this happened just past 4 years. I was extremely happy with our sales person (Brick South Edmonton), as well as the service guys that set it all up and took away the other one. We have quite a few unique arches and it was difficult to maneuver the large furniture up stairs where it was going. But they were amazing, no damage to any walls, very professional and proficient. I am slightly disappointed that the new version of this sofa (without the seam in the chase) was $1200 higher, I did feel that we should have received the sofa at no extra charge because we had warranty. But I don't feel this is the Brick's fault.

Amazing service, we were looking to buy appliances for our new house. Then we went to brick and met Manjot kaur , we got an amazing service from Manjot she helped us to find everything that we were looking for plus she worked hard to find a delivery date that worked for us.
What i love about brick Homestore, is that they deliver, Assemble and clean up. I didn't struggle with putting , plus communication was on top too?
I highly recommend Manjot for all your appliance and furniture requirements .she is amazing , thankyou once again

Kudos to Ali from Brick South Common, he's done exceptional customer service in explaining everything about Mattresses and also ended up Sofas as well along with matresses, they had the ones we're looking for..delivery was very quick too and the warranty services too.

Excellent sales and customer service. Qasim was great to deal with, helped us in choosing the right product. We purchased two 3 seater sofas.
After the delivery, we realized that we needed one sofa and one love seat. We contacted brick customer care and without any issues they exchanged. They made sure, at the end, the customer was satisfied. Thank you!

Atrocious customer service, they take your money then make every excuse in the world on why your product hasn't been delivered yet. 4 months and counting. Go anywhere else, absolutely anywhere other than any Brick location would be better than this. Parveen at South Common Edm should be ashamed and fired.
Edit, I emailed the address that their comment told me to. It's been 2 days and no response has come yet. No surprise.

I wish I could give them a zero! I bought my fridge August 19th and Mr Parveen (Our sales person) told me it should be delivered by September 10th or the latest September 17th. It is now October 28th and after many push back dates I called today to make sure it was coming Tomrrow and now they are saying it won't be in till November 21st. They have their money already and I have no fridge. They have pushed it back so many time I am left to believe they are giving them to other people cause there is no way its taking this long to get a samsung fridge in stock. Shop anywhere else people. Save yourself the aggravation and disappointment since all they do is lie to get and keep their cut of the sale. This experience is stressful and costing us a fortune in spoiled food I am at a loss for what to do.

Bought a box spring, it was an open box but the sales person never mentioned it was a final sale… the only reason I’m aware was my invoice. I mentioned that I was t sure if the size needed and when I brought it home it was too tall. Guess I’ll have to keep it now but would think the sales people would mention final sale before purchasing.

-1000⭐️the most worstest services. our time is just nothing for them we spent 8hrs to select our furniture and bought around 10k $ worth furniture. we ordered it for a new home ceremony and birthday party made it before 1 month. not a single sip of water they asked for. And just few days before by they are saying that can’t deliver the whole order together coz now they don’t have half of the furniture in stock. what the hell like why you guys are selling if you don’t have in the stock. we specially took day off and didn’t ate or drink anything whole day. we have spent more than 400$ for elevator booking for new home to move this furniture which is non refundable. but they just disappointed us so badly. we totally lose our money and time. just disgusting ??????
