Very easy to track so I knew exactly when to expect the delivery. The delivery men were very kind and were quick to remove the packaging and place the item in my home.

Great service. Bought a new TV, sales rep, Ali, was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. TV was delivered 3 days after purchase and delivery folks were extremely polite and helpful. Great job WEM Brick!!

Don't waste your time or money buying anything from the brick. Bought a $2300 sectional with pull out bed. Less than 2 years later and the whole thing is trash. The wood frame is defective. Wood is cracking everywhere inside the couch, the technician said the couch wasn't made with enough padding which is why the fabric is so loose and bunched. The track for the pull out let go of the frame and can not be used or it will scratch my floor, which is proof again that the wood is defective. The latch/hook to attached the loveseat and chaise broke away from the wood aswell and the technician told me there's a whole support beam missing. Now they ordered parts to rebuild my defective couch in my living room of 100 sq ft with all my other living room furniture. It took a more than a month to be approved for warranty technician to even come look, they do not give you a time just a day so you have to miss an entire work day for a 10 min appointment, and now it's going to take a full day of technicians to apparently rebuild the defective couch. Spoke to someone once who was supposed to call back but never did. Left a message and call was never returned. When I called again she obviously had no notes of previous interaction. When I first got the couch, the delivery was canceled for the day I arrange and they tried to tell me I had to wait x-number of weeks for the next delivery even though I already paid for that specific day. Customer service is non-existent, quality is garbage for the price. Warranty is joke, they would rather half fix a product that was defective in the first place. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

The delivery from the Brick was phenomenal. The delivery driver Kyle provided seamless and efficient delivery and helped every step of the way. He has delivered to us before and his service was exceptional as always.

Update. It's been a week since the brick responded to my poor review (see below). I promptly sent them the information they requested and have received no follow up from their management team. Don't let their message below lead you to believe that anything has been done make this right.
Bought LG washer and dryer with extendend warranty. Dryer broke after 2 years. The warranty company couldn't get a technician out for 3 weeks. 3 weeks later they cancelled the appointment ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT. They couldn't get another tech out until 1 WEEK LATER. 1 week later they cancelled the appointment, again, ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT. After wrestling with the warranty company (that I found and set up), to get someone out sooner, they finally agreed to allow a different repair company to come and fix it (but they needed to approve the quote and other things. So I have a guy coming tomorrow to fix it, and he STILL might not fix it if they don't approve the quote. I asked to have my warranty refunded, and I get the run around from the brick sales team and the warranty company.
Don't buy the warranty. It's a nightmare.

Great price on Stearns & Foster mattress, way more coils than the sane price at Costco. Excellent informative Sales lady Lucine, at WEM. Quick delivery date. The delivery happened within 15 minutes of estimated time.
