Honestly, every worker I've interacted with here has been very rude to me. They send me all over the place for items I'm looking for even if I have all the information about the item I need- which makes me think that finding it shouldn't be too hard. But no, instead, I need to run around different aisles with everyone saying something different yet no one wants to lead me anywhere themself or take me seriously.

Tried to order a dishwasher online. Used a gift card and my debit card. My debit declined as I spent too much that day bit Instead of allowing me to use a different card or resolve the issue they canceled my order and kept my gift card money. Now today I cant re-order because the gift card is empty.

The staff was busy arguing between themselves they wouldn't sell me a $700 snow blower because one side didn't want to sell the display product (it was the last one in stock) even after the supervisor told them too. Terrible service even worse management wasted an hour of my morning just for me to walk out with nothing. How do you have staff that don’t want to sell product.

Absolutely less than happy with HD bought three major appliances. Our fridge is freezing my food, was told to call whirlpool, did that and it took a while to get through. Finally after four days they came, told us what they “think” the problem is but no sure fix or solve. I then call HD and demand a replacement as I didn’t buy an old faulty fridge! They refused, they said I need to call whirlpool again and try and fix the problem! I thought I had done…but they didn’t! In the meantime my food is spoiled and HD is basically washing their hands now they have my money! Will not take my money there after this service!

This place is hit or miss. I had to go on Saturday and the person helping me was so old and barely wanted be there. It took 1 hour for me to get help and to get my product.
I went back on Sunday and it was the complete opposite. I was in and out in 10 minutes with assistance loading my product onto my cart with out asking.

Home Depot South Common has outstanding product availability, making every shopping trip quick and efficient. The customer service here is consistently excellent, with staff who genuinely care about helping customers. I especially appreciate the team in the lumber section—the staff who do the timber cutting are skilled, patient, and incredibly helpful.

Attended the Home Deport in South Common today 29/November/2025 at 1400hrs crazy busy and bought a Power Snow Shovel. The associate that helped me was called JEN. She was already dealing with a rude customer and under pressure, but still managed to help me buy exactly what I wanted. Her Customer Service and Smile gets a 10 outta 10. She is a credit to herself and Home Depot. Thank you Jen for your help.
