My MIL was at your store today. She has suffered an injury so she is limping. SEVERAL of your employees ensured she didn't move, she got everything she needed AND when you were sold out of the sale step ladder, she was offered a better model for the price of the sale one. Amazing! Bravo Home Depot Westend. I am incredibly impressed with your service

I’ve shopped at this location for the last several years and up to the last couple of days they have provided great service, HOWEVER the last two days the service has been complete garbage, two days ago I was looking for a new front door for my home and the lady pretty much Interrogated me as to why I wanted the door I was looking for, today Im back looking for a ladder to hang some Christmas lights and waited literally 35 mins for someone who still hasn’t even shown up and not to mention the new lights I were going to purchase were $399 per 100’ and I had two boxes plus the price of a ladder, I mean the last few days I’ve walked away not spending all this money ,, I’m saving but damn Home Depot sure ain’t trying to make any hahaha best of luck going forward to this location. I’m going to move along.

Ordered a washer on September 19 it was to be delivered today October 9. Well guess what they can't locate my washer. The girl at the store tried to help but was hung up on. Needless to say I demanded my money back. They then offered me a gift card no value was told to me. They asked me to wait a few more days. No way !! I went to best buytheyhad the same washer for 2 dollars more and will be delivered on Saturday morning. After the run around I had today I will never go into this store again
