Awesome service by the Honey Depot Team, but Pam was the “power boost!”Pam (Moen Rep) assisted me with selecting and purchasing a new kitchen faucet. She was personable yet professional, and an absolute joy to be with. Her wealth of knowledge and insights were appreciated. She guided me though all things plumbing, Moen, and aesthetics to ensure the unit would compliment our home kitchen.Pam, thanks for all your support and don’t lose that smile and joy!Paul

October 13, 2023This is probably the biggest store in the city. I'm amazed how friendly and helpful the staff are in the department I visited.I was able to find all the things I need with the help of your sales associate Kim, who assisted me in finding the right lighting fixture I've been looking for.In addition, Kim helped me to connect with another sales associate in the garden section. The cashier who helped me was also nice.Very impressive ? ? ? ?

Beware that there are limits to how many returns you do without a receipt. Home Depot does not advertise this information and they refused me a very expensive tool that is a piece of junk after only two months they will not return it even though it’s in their database, but I did not bring the receipt. They’ve given me a one time exception to the return now, but I had to fight for it. Home Depot is clamping down on returns and making the innocent contractor liable for all the thieves out there. Home Depot is approaching it in a manner that disrespectful to those who are honest, and, I’m going to be clearing my purchases of $15,000 per year to better retail lumber places because of this.

Just want to say thanks to the Home Depot Tera Losa location. My most recent visit was on Sunday and I was helped by Guille (I think short for Guillermo) and a Filipino guy working the morning shift at the equipment rental area. Both were friendly, knowledgeable and had overall excellent service. Great service is hard to come by these days, but these two were awesome. If they’re not getting paid well, smarten up or you’ll lose these two gems. This location has been very consistent (been coming here over the last 20 years) and has never disappointed. Keep up the great work team! I’d wish you good luck but you obviously don’t need it. Well done Home Depot, well done.

WORST EXPIRIENCE EVER!!!Oct 1 Sunday, we went in Home Depot St Albert and Purchased Washer and Dryer the Delivery date was Oct 4, Wed.. Oct 3, Tuesday. Someone call me and says Washer will gonna be delayed and will deliver on Oct 5, Thursday.. Oct 4, Wednesday. Dryer been delivered and the driver told us that washer will be deliver in the next day.. Oct 5, Thursday. no one call and no one give us an update.. so I try to chat them online after 6pm and they said it's been looking in a warehouse. So I was expect they going to give me an update.Oct 6, Friday. I decided to call Home Depot Customer Service. and guess what? They told me that they been call someone in a warehouse and they are still looking the washer in a warehouse.. like seriously? for like how long it takes to look at it in the warehouse? for just one washer.. I really dont mind if there is a washer or not but everytime I give them a follow up call they give me the same answer which is "still looking in a warehouse" well thats really annoying..Just to be fair the customer service was trying to give their best to help me out.. they said she was sending emails to the warehouse to priority this issue coz It's early enough and had a lot of time to look the washer in a warehouse.. but after 3pm I decided to chat them again thru online chat and someone in a chat box says not gonna be deliver today because they still looking in a warehouse.Oct 7, saturday morning I try to follow up using thier SMS 84322 and someone response me name Charles. He call carrier vendor and hold me for a minute. Then when he back at me and he told me that will be looking the washer on "Monday" I told him it's Holiday on Monday (thanksgivingday) instead of keep chat them thru SMS I called Home Depot Customer Service again.. same process call carrier vendor and same answer Carrier Vendor was not open on weekends they said they get back to them on monday for update.. like I was totally pissed off Monday was holiday i said and he simply told me probably on tuesday.So, I decided to cancel all of it and returned the dryer that they delivered on Oct 4, Wednesday.The agent arranged schedule for pick up the returned dryer that has been deliver last Oct 4, schedule to pick-up for returned on Oct 10, Tuesday.and As he told to go on the branch to were I purchase those washer/dryer so I can personally cancel the washer that has not been delivered and get my refund for it.People in a branch in Home Depot in St albert has not part of my complain.. they really helpful they ask me what happen and apologize and refund me right away.Oct 10, Tuesday someone called me from carriers and guess what? She told me that the dryer will not deliver today and its going to deliver on Oct 12, Thursday.. HOME DEPOT CARRIERS /WAREHOUSE idk whos incharge on that but they keep me annoyed really hard..They dont have COMMUNICATION from store branch to home depot customer service and the carriers/warehouse.. they are not COMMUNICATING EACH OTHER.. that will give me a hard time and repeat my concern to each person everytime I speak to them. WORST EVER!!!so I say to the lady from carrier that Ive been cancel my order and request a returned already since Saturday Oct 7, and she don't even know she said she didnt see any emails or note.So decide to call HOME DEPOT CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN.. to make story short ..They pick up returned dryer Oct 12, ..Good job HOME DEPOT!!! for giving me the WORST EXPIRIENCE EVER! you have to tell someone who incharge and control to the warehouse to do their JOB!!!

Brought my cousin her to pickup some custom made cupboards, however get them home to hang up and they didn't drill the corrects holes in them. She was told to bring them back and they would send it back to the manufacturer to have corrected! Great customer service ??

We purchased a fridge from this location. They hit our entrance door and chipped it off while they took out the old fridge and the new one rocks back and force everytime we open or close the fridge. We have corresponded with the customer claim for 2 months and they told us our claims were invalid because I signed on the paper it stated there was no damage. The drivers who delivered the fridge told me to sign on an electronic pad at the end of delivery that I received the fridge and there was no explanation or visible statement that that I was signing for such statements. I do not see any legitimate business will ask customers to give their signatures first and then paste them on with statements that were not presented at the time of signatures.

Great service provided by Rob & the other gentleman at the Rental Department on Sept. 25th in the morning and the early afternoon. Highly recommended and hope they get some credit!

A quick stop in the depot and while trying to buy floor joiners we were confused by what they had to offer. An associate stopped by and asked us if we needed assistance. Without him, we would have missed purchasing exactly what we wanted as we just didn't see it. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, friendly and kind. This is just the reason why we love supporting stores like this!

The store is great in general, however the young lady by the self service pay stations had very poor customer service today. . She was making fun of me because I was a little distracted and had a few mistakes at the time of the transaction. Yes it was one of those days where things don't go well.Instead showing some positive feedback, she was trying to make me feel dumb. A little kindness would been appreciated.This incident happened on Monday, Labour day long weekend. 5:30 pmWestend location.

Worst rental service i ever received. I tried to rent a mini skidsteer. Got it home only to have it not work. Got charged a money grab fee for damages when there were none. And the price for 4 hours was more than a competitors price for 24 hours.
