Pretty good considering some other locations don't have enough staffs and not enough training resources. The lighting vault be little brighter .

Customer service was a bit lacking, I know it's a DIY place but we stood checking out keyless locks for about 30 minutes and no one asked if we needed help.

I had a very positive experience at The Home Depot. The store was well organized with a wide selection of home improvement products, tools, and supplies. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful, especially when I needed guidance finding the right items. Checkout was smooth, and the overall environment was clean and efficient. A reliable place for both small projects and major renovations.

Marianne was wonderful! She noticed my Milwaukee hat that I turned into a ponytail hat(cuz as a girl in the trades, I need my hair up when I wear a hat!) And she showed me that they had new ones! She was so friendly and delightful! Will be back for sure because of her!

Staff has no knowledge of store products or locations just point or give a number , very unhelpful no cashier only self service , I find this location worse then others , the service at most stores are getting worse every month , I going to start shopping elsewhere The smaller local companies might cost little more but service is worth the cost

A big shout out to Debra, the Home Depot manager at the Strathcona branch in Edmonton, for her outstanding service!
We bought a snowblower three years ago and have been using it ever since, but we always struggled with the 2Ah battery that came with it. At this year's Christmas party, we were talking about how we had to recharge the battery several times just to finish clearing our driveway. Our friend, who originally recommended the snowblower to us, was surprised, he said he could clear his same sized driveway three times with one charge. He even showed us a photo of his battery. That’s when we realized our battery was much thinner than his and that we might have been given the wrong one.
We remembered that the Strathcona branch didn’t have the model we wanted at the time, so we went to the west-side location and bought the last demo one, which didn’t come with a box. We trusted the machine and didn’t think much more of it.
As loyal Home Depot customers, we wanted to see if there was any chance to get the correct battery. Debra was incredibly kind, patient, and truly a problem solver. She managed to find a returned 7.5Ah battery in the storage room. Watching her clean it for us, we were touched by her genuine “Customer First” spirit. She even apologized for the dust and encouraged us to try it at home. She also mentioned that if the battery didn’t work properly, we could visit the west-side store for further help.
Debra is a wonderful example of Customer First service at Home Depot. Because of people like her, Home Depot will always be our family’s and friends’ favorite place to shop for anything home-related.
