My employer switched from Clearwave, which had outages monthly, to Internet Centre 6 months ago. Not only have we not had a single outage since switching, but we are consistently getting MORE speed than we signed up for. Even at peak times with 20+ users active we average 15-30% above quoted speeds. Zero complaints.

The Internet Centre came through for us. We tried asking other providers to get internet service in our facility, they were all giving us the run around. The guys at The Internet Centre were able to deliver everything we needed and in time. Amazing customer service and reliable internet.

Worst conversation I have ever had in my life. They refused to give me any prices or talk about speeds. Im not sure how they were planning on getting my business! I talked to two people and neither of them would give me a straight answer about anything.

The Town of Edson has been an Internet Centre customer for over a decade. We greatly value the service and products they provide. All staff has been professional and courteous to work with, and the expertise and experience they bring to various projects has been invaluable.We've enjoyed strong relationships with a couple of different techs over the years. Currently, Derrick sets a benchmark in service and support that we'd like to see all our providers meet.Our internet usage and bandwidth requirements are growing ever year. The Internet Centre has been a big help with meeting both technological and administrative challenges.Without hesitation, we'd recommend contacting the crew at The Internet Centre for any network infrastructure related needs.

I've been a customer with The Internet Centre on-and-off over the past 25+ years, starting with their dial-up services back in the early 1990s and continuing today with a 100Mbps dedicated fibre line to our business.I cannot say enough good about TiC: they have two of the best infrastructure people (Derrick & Matt) I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, and the fibre line itself has been rock solid: we have yet to see a single unscheduled outage in the three years we've had the service."Complacency" is not in TiC's vocabulary. They are constantly upgrading their data centre (for both connectivity and power redundancy), and it shows.I know this reads like a paid review, but it's not. I'm merely a completely satisfied long-term customer and will continue to be one. I cannot recommend TiC highly enough.

Poor customer support. Will try all they can to charge for "overages" which are supposed to be included. Very bad business practice.
