We had ordered a custom shower column and the item that arrived was not at all what we had ordered. I've contacted the store multiple times now and either nobody answers or when I'm put "on hold" my calls are mysteriously dropped. Could someone please help me get this sorted out? This whole process has taken well over 5 weeks now.

While researching a composite deck replacement for our house, I stopped at The Renovation Store and met Randy.
He showed me all the decking alternatives, and when I decided on a product, he calculated what I needed for material, fasteners, etc., arranged the delivery and made sure I had everything I needed for the installation day.
The deck looks beautiful, and I really appreciate his help.

Poor quality. If you'll experience any problems after the sale, you will be ignored, calls and emails unanswered. Randy may seem nice and professional when selling you stuff, but make no mistake - once he has your money, the service will stop
