Just went to this store looking for new shoes, found a pair that I really liked however look as this they only had limited stock. I asked one of the young ladies working if she could see if another store had them to which she responded without even looking up at me yeah just bring me the box! Had she looked up from what she was doing she would have noticed that I was there with my 5 month old daughter in her stroller. Another lady shopping in the store looked at me and commented that she should go get the box, walked over to her friend and was like “we’re leaving, I’m not shopping at a store that a sales associated is too busy to help a customer, epically one with a stroller.” The associated did check stock for me, tell me nope there none available and then walked away like I was her biggest inconvenience of the day. After working customer service for 15+ years I can honestly say I will NEVER step foot back in this store again. If your associates can’t be bothered to help a customer properly, then maybe they should find a job not in CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I Just came out of this shop at 5:50pm on thanksgiving eve (monday).. i searched for shoes for almost an hour and then finalized one pair of shoe and confirmed price with the shop guy around me. it was clearly mentioned CAD 59.99 after discount on the label and same confirmed by the guy. After taking the to counter they mentioned the price displayed is wrong, some staff messed up with the price tags and the correct price is around CAD 90 something. Seems like staff change price at counter and if customer is not aware then he pays the asked amount. Not expected this kind of tricks from a reputed brand. I wasted almost an hour in selecting a pair of shoe and then found out your team put wrong price tag. They also billed wrongly for the customer ahead of me in billing counter. Please take a note. We expect good experience from this brand.

I was there earlier and got some shoes. That was fine and a good experience. But now that I see a discount didn't get applied I have questions. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes, so I hung up in case I was forgotten about. Tried calling again immediately and my phone range for 5 minutes before disconnecting. Called again, same thing. They must be super busy. However, the phone must surely be ringing behind them non-stop while I call. If that's the case, they could pick up and say they are too busy. Being left on ring is super annoying for everyone. Yikes

Love this store its always super tidy and amazing selection! The girl working cash was beyond lovely (49371 sorry i didnt get her name) She was really friendly and had a good chat! very uncommon now in retail! Keep it up!
