As per bestbuy policy, they do price match, I am right outside the BestBuy Express in Southgate mall right now and the sales person here denied to match the price of Samsung Watch Ultra with the price that is available on the samsung canada website right now. I showed her the sale that is live on samsung website even then she refused to match the price and best buy says they MATCH THE PRICE!! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!

Today I went there to pick up order. 2 very unfriendly Indian guys were standing there. They were chitchatting and when I asked them where to pick up orders they just look at me like why you are bothering us and showed me the reception desk by pointing finger. Can you speak? Why you are so unfriendly. It was my mistake that I didn't go to another branch. Maybe these rude angry looking and unwilling to help guys hate their jobs or because I was not Indian they didn't want to see me. I will not go there ever again. Very very disappointed

Pushy staff can’t browse things in the store without getting harassed by employees. Asked a million questions when I was just looking around… Quit hovering over your customers trying to make a commission!

I went in today to ask about an Apple Watch through my carrier. Took 6 staff to come huddle together to try and figure out what I was asking. After spending 20 minutes of re explaining myself I said thanks for your time and left. Won’t be coming back. The staff doesn’t seem knowledgeable compared to other best buys.

ASURION, garbage and waste of money. just getting *icked around, saying I didn't do paperwork right which I did, sent them receipt of the purchase that is correct with model and paperwork AGAIN. emailing but not giving a contact number. Second carrier that worked with asurion and giving nothing but problems trying to service. not sure why any company uses them for insurance, nothing but poor reviews. not worth the cost, better to just not purchase at all if your phone carrier works with them. do not let them rope you into paying for this poor service
