Left my ID there by mistake, came back and tried to get it back.The owner, Winfield, was helpful and said they couldn't find it, but the other employee was a different story. This guy was rolling his eyes the whole time and couldn't look at me even though he was the one who misplaced it. I asked him to retrace his steps if he could and he ignored me, not even bothering to look at me. Winfield is a nice guy, however customer service was horrible from his employee. Very sad, had some good experiences with other workers there in the past.

Winfield was extremely helpful in assisting me with a rush order prior to me leaving on a vacation. I left the package with them at end of day and they took care of the packaging and shipping, and sent me a confirmation the next day! I’d high recommend this store. Staff are very competent and professional. They go out of their way to help you out.

I had an amazing experience and was helped by the supervisor at this location, I think his name was Winston. I hope I got it right, anyway I had left items in a hotel in Miami, and I gave him their email and contact and he facilitated my package arriving with the forgotten items in a week. Very good price as well, I am very grateful for places like this that know what they're doing!

The young lady works there was an uneducated person, don’t know how to behave and talk politely. She told me she couldn’t find my package after she looked at my first name, I showed her tracking number, and she still said no, we don’t have it. I said why don’t you check last name, then she found it. Finally she gave it to me with a rude attitude, without saying anything.

Tori and Winfield were extremely helpful, kind and patient when I shipped 8 box to Vancouver. They made the process easy and stress free. All my boxes arrived in perfect condition and nothing broke inside. My shipment even arrived earlier than expected! Thanks again!

These days, things are running smoothly. With a capable manager and staff, I no longer have any worries.It's pricey to rent a box, but I can't imagine my life without it. They sign for all my packages. Store them when I'm away on vacation. We have great communication. They provide many services, including a notary if you book in advance.

I have a virtual box here. They remember your face and name once you walk in. Great customer service. Young blonde white woman with glasses and winfield have always been welcoming and fast with service.

Highly recommend the store :)I have sent my official documents to the US from this UPS location. Great customer service. Staff are friendly and professional. Owner Winfield is super helpful and provided good recommendation to protect courier from damage and the delivery. The delivery was quick too.Surely, I will use the same store for future services. Phenomenal customer service all around. I was able to talk to an actual human on the phone last week because the city is literally doing construction on my street and was able to pick a pick up location near my home. They had some issues on their end scanning my package to by pass it but I was able to pick it up the next day. They actually called me back. Rarely do companies ever do this. I am so happy with UPS customer service.

Shipped 4 boxes from this store to California. Went in to ask for advice on how to ship. Said make sure they’re light enough to lift and showed us how to tape. Brought the boxes in and Winfield looked them over and added some tape and that was it.Nothing was said about the boxes being inferior Received the boxes and one was completely trashed. Had a huge hole in it and was missing items and had broken others. The delivery guy apologized and was shocked at the condition. Submitted claim that took 4 weeks to resolve and many pictures, explanations, forms, etc.UPS finally denied the claim. Said the box was inferior. We bought it new at Staples in the shipping section. Don’t ship UPS!

I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received at this UPS store. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my package was delivered securely and on time. The store was clean and organized, making it a pleasant experience to drop off and receive my mailbox packages. We opened a mailbox for our business today and Winfield and Tori made it such an easy and pleasant experience! They provided all the information we required and answered our questions immediately. I have worked with Winfield at the UPS store for a number of years and always impressed with the level of service. Besides using the mailbox service, my business has used their print services for trade show products, banners, flyers and brochures. Great service, quick turn around and very competitive pricing.

The owner (Winfield) of the shop is very responsible. I got many problems trying to ship something to China. Although it was not successful due to the pandemic, I got a lot of help from the ower of the shop.
