I’ve the best experience at ups. I’ve oversized packages deliver to San Diego and had a hard time to find a delivery company to help me out.
Gorkomal help me to find oversized boxes and pack everything for me. The way he helped me out I really appreciate!!

Tried to ship a laptop to Mexico, please if you are going to ship anything to Mexico listen to this story:
First off this location is probably one of the worst UPS stores. Seriously call it. No one answers the phone. No voicemail it amazes me how UPS attaches its name to it. But seriously UPS IS A SCAM.
I decided id send my Nephew a laptop as a gift. He is in Mexico for 6 months. Value was $1500 so bought insurance. 7 days to delivery was $260 inc insurance. That right there is ridiculous but i love him. Say okay its worth it.
Day before its supposed to be delivered notification see attached... says you owe another $350 cad customs fee. Like $600 to send a $1500 item. I would advise to never send anything to Mexico customs is so corrupt. Asked for the item to be returned. Was another $600. UPS IS ALSO CORUPT. The person pretending to be a UPS agent.
This store is the worst I've ever seen do not ship a thing from there. They were zero help didn't show any care. Trust me if you ship anything of value consider it gone. After speaking with the front desk person over the phone. ( will not mention his name) after i asked to know why the shipment couldn't just be returned... he said Mexico has it and nothing we can do. So:
$1500 laptop to my nephew cost to ship.... $260 UPS 5 days that is now over 2 weeks. $350 even more in Mexican customs. And now $600 to return it.
Do not ever ship a thing to mexico. Unless you have already considered it gone. Also stay away from this store. They do not care if you lose all your money. Call the number. You will be amazed if someone answers. I learned my lesson. I don't ever leave reviews but people need to know this. MEXICO BAD. THIS LOCATION BAD. UPS BAD BAD.
If i never see the laptop again. Was worth it if i stopped someone from a big mistake.
I will update this if anything changes and people have a conscience about ripping people off.
Think about this: i can get a 50lbs desk delivered from the states. Free on amazon, but my laptop cost me $600. 3lbs. Something is not right.

The staff have been very helpful and kind. I had a package and was there right at closing but was helped still, and was sure to have it sent properly. Very nice and friendly.
