I recently moved back to Edmonton and have had to use some of the services that the UPS Store offers. I began going to the 9218 Ellerslie Road location. All the staff there including Daisy + Sarab are extremely knowledgeable and offer genuine customer service. They are very helpful.Later, I went to a store near my home and had a disappointing experience; I will never return to the Mill Woods location.I have since returned to the UPS Store on Ellerslie and continue to be impressed with the employees there.

Called in to find out what details I needed to bring in order to pick up my package. The lady answered the phone but then told me to wait as she helped others in the store. She didn’t even put me on hold while I waited, instead she must’ve just put the receiver down and helped customers who came in. I could hear every word as she took customer after customer until 7pm hit and I then I could hear her humming and closing the store. I said hello multiple times and got no response. I’m a bit annoyed and shocked that a business would just leave someone on the phone and not pick it up to apologize for the wait or any sort of response. I finally ended up hanging up as I had waited for 15 minutes for her to pick the phone up.

The old lady just throw our parcel in ground from top of counter, just I refuse to touch parcel after they scan, I believe after scan she needs to take package, it’s not even heavy, as we dropped off this location our all company package. Will no longer be there. She was on phone and very unprofessional. I was there not first time ask your all staff they always told me put on dolly as they said you guys have portable scanner so I am just following those steps.

Such a great experience at this location! Had issues with Canada Post so to deal with someone who knows what they are doing, answered all my questions and I left feeling confident my package will be safely delivered was fantastic!Will definitely use them again!!

Shipper got their address from the UPS website so we used it without a thought. Then this franchisee refused to accept the UPS delivery for one of our technicians (that was important). Didn't phone, didn't ask, just said no. Then when tech called them, they said they never saw it, when pressed for more info admitted they refused it and blathered on about needing $20 fee for receiving the boxes. (Even though they never called us to ask, we would have paid the $20, it was an important shipment (and even though most other UPS stores only charge $5)). UPS courier says they're investigating, but we'll see if it makes a difference. Actually we won't, we plan on staying far away from this UPS franchise. Painful

I went to this store to mail a package on May 25th 2023,the manager Daisy was the one who collected the package and that will be her first time of sending my package.However,this package got lost in transit and an investigation was submitted on June 7th,the store manager cancelled my investigation on June 8th,i called the headoffice and they told me the investigation was cancleed.I went to the store and she denied cancelling the investigation.however,another investigation was submitted and it was also closed without a claim.I later went to the store as i was directed to do so each time i called the corporate office,and the manager said i do have a case because i do not purchase an insurance for my package and as such she can notbrefund me.This was a goods worth $1135 usd and i was told that because i did not purchase an insurance i will not be refunded and she even called a police on me yesterday.Stay away from that store as they are all bunch of thieves with no empathy.

Their service is very slow. I shipped a parcel on Tuesday and was told that it will be delivered by Friday. On Saturday I tried tracking it and their website doesn't show any update. I call the store and they told me that they can't do anything as parcel already left the store and I have to contact customer support for more information.

I was expecting a package from Telus through this UPS . They called me around 6.45pm told that I should pick up my stuff from their store. They didn’t even contact me to deliver the package to my home.I personally having a busy schedule though out the week. There is no way that I can make it to their store during the business hours. Disappointed.Strongly not recommend. ?

I have sent package from Canada to India, They charge me 267.71 CAD $ and the valuables which I sent in the package cost only $172 and they didn't provide me any information that when package will go to India receiver needs to make a payment. Now when package reach at india they are again asking for 200$. I mean 172 $ stuff I am sending and just to send I am paying more than double the amount. Does not make any sense. UPS garbage service and even though tried to contact the UPS International shipment resolution she told me she will get back to me once she got the info why they are charging so high. Did not hear anything back from her and tried to call back she is not even bothered to pick up my call. Not recommending to anybody. Not an option to select 0 star would love to give 0 star to UPS. DHL far better than them
