For what it's worth, here is my review.Customer service here is absolutley horrible. So rude and disrespectful. Is there really much choice in the matter though? I suppose if you had to choose between this branch and a different DHL outlete, choose the other one.Such a waste of time. They would not accept my return package, even though all the proper paperwork was printed and brought into the store. I called the retun company, and they said a common complaint of Canadian customers is that DHL do not understand that their provided return label is acceptable and works.To the employee that sent me away, just know that you were wrong to do so, and completely wasted my precious time. Please check your company policies and procedures to avoid this problem in the future.

LOST 3000$ for drop off a return package hereDont leave your package here, They will do nothing if it is missing.I droped off a computer package here at oct/06The front lady was busy and tell me you can just leave your package over here. I was asking for the recipet, But they dont want give it to me.Now, there got no tracking history for that package. Package is lost!Store tell me to call ups customer service, And ups tell me contact amazon. And amazon tell me to call ups.Everyone just kick me from here to there.Very bad experience,

Parher Sukjit UPS Edmonton, is a courier who goes above and beyond. Parher personally delivered an important package to an elderly couple to their suite in a condo high rise rather than simply leaving the package inside the security doors. She was so polite and humble. Kudos to her for the extra effort - you made their day! Thank you!

Very bad experience. I when there 2 weeks ago to send out the documents package to the US . I used express 1 business day shipping but the package does not deliver after 2 weeks. I had been call them every day and they don’t do anything until yesterday the Chinese girl was very impolite hang up my phone call . I cannot call back but my client help me use her phone to call then she picked up right away. They told me that they used the DHL to deliver my package not UPS ( at the UPS store) and gave me DHL customer service number to ask about my document. They took my money and when there’s a problem they don’t want to solve it. Really bad service. If you have something important need to send out please don’t go here they will happy to take your money but don’t work when you need help

On Friday October 15th, i visited this store to send out a coffee machine back to Best Buy for replacement. At first i was refused service in the store due to not having a mask ( i have a physical disability and cannot wear a mask and i also have a exemption from a doctor) so i was provided service in the parking lot. when it came to paying they told me i can pay inside and that i needed to go back into the store and pay, when i asked them why i was only allowed to pay in the store and not received any other services and that i wanted to pay outside. they then refused to help me and kick me out. after they took back the box i was planning to buy to put my coffee machine in, one of the coffee machine compartments fell and broke rendering the coffee machine non-returnable. Chris Li (owner) and his team are horrible to deal with....avoid this location at all cost!

Beware! "UPS Store" is different from "UPS courier". "UPS Store" did not provide me a tracking number or a bar code when sending a parcel but they still charge for an exceptional high price. Why don't send by Canada Post? Forget UPS Store! They offer only manual and primitive service. Trust me

This year was a busy one for us as a small home based business.Ted and his staff went above and beyond to make things easier for us. They really set the bar high for the competition, I would have a really tough time taking my business elsewhere. I cannot say enough how quick, professional and accurate Ted and his team are.If it wasn't for Ted and his team, we as a small business would not have been able to do the volume of orders we did this year.
