“Honesty. Integrity. We had a repair done and after picking up the vehicle the windshield washer nozzles were not working. We showed the technician the water leaking. He brought it in right away and fixed the issue. The hose had disconnected when the shroud above the engine was put back on. They fixed it immediately. Honesty. Integrity. “The other day I came out to my SUV to find one of my tires had gone flat. I went to Fountain Tire — a shop I’d never been to before — with about 20 minutes until closing and asked if they had time to fix a flat.
Right away, Jordan (tech) said yes, asked for my keys, and got started. Corbyn at the counter asked a few quick questions about my SUV and tires. Less than 10 minutes later, Jordan asked if I’d recently switched from summer to winter tires. When I said yes, he explained the valve core wasn’t tightened properly — and he’d already tightened it and fixed the issue.
I was back on the road within minutes. Huge thanks to Jordan and Corbyn — fast, helpful, and professional service, especially that close to closing time. Highly recommend.”

I don’t know where you can see a mechanic same day to diagnose and fix a sunroof issue the day it starts snowing. I want to say thank you. “I had an outstanding experience at L & M Tirecraft. After blowing out one of my winter tires during Edmonton's first big snowfall of the season, I called several shops, but many were slammed, not answering their phones, or couldn’t fit me in until the following week. (Not ideal since I live in Calgary!)
When I called L & M in the morning, Sam’s demeanor was a welcome change from the abrupt, harried staff at other shops. He was calm, patient, and reassuring. He offered two reasonably priced options and even took the time to physically check that my choice was in stock. Even though I'm certain they were just as busy as everywhere else, they took my keys in the morning & managed to squeeze me in before they closed for the weekend at 4 p.m.
Sam turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth, pleasant & convenient one. A++”
“I recently left a highly critical review of the Fountain Tire in Riverbend Square; however, I decided to retract it because the business was very prompt in reaching out to me afterwards. They provided a thorough explanation of their policies and procedures, and this greatly enhanced my understanding of what happened during my most recent visit for a flat repair. I really appreciate that they put in the time and effort to contact me and to let me know what unfolded and why. This gave me a much clearer picture of what occurred during that service. They also offered to rectify the situation, which I am very grateful for, and I do not believe it is fair to leave a negative review in the public domain when the business has made a genuine effort towards reconciliation. I appreciate that the business reviewed the situation and communicated with me about the relevant information. They were also very prompt and professional in doing so. Reaching out to angry clients is not easy, so it is commendable that they did this. Overall, I feel much better about what happened, and I appreciate the explanation that I was given.”

“I am genuinely appreciative of the service I received from this Kal Tire location recently. I had an urgent tire issue and they got me in right away and did their best to fix the issue. Later it turned out my tire was actually not repairable and they refunded the full tire repair service and let me know exactly what was going on, as well as providing a write-up I could take to the tire shop where I purchased my tires. I didn't ask for the refund but they gave it to me, which is truly appreciated from a customer service perspective. They're a very busy tire repair shop and after using their services it's easy to see why. Definitely take your car here if you're having issues.”

“We were here on a Sunday, expecting that it wouldn't be busy. But I guess its a peak season since it's a start of winter. Everything started well, we came 15min from our booked appointment. We came back 30min later, after our booked time and still waited around 40min. We already seen our car being parked and keys being put by the bin. No one entertained us and I had had to asked nicely if they can assist us since we already seen our car parked. The installation was great, product, service was ok. It was just the wait and the feeling of being ignored in the front desk like no one wanted to assist us that's why I'm not giving my 5 stars.”
