“We were in Edmonton several weeks ago and were having a slow leak in one of our tires. We went to Costco, and they told us we would have to replace all four tires, as the leak could not be fixed. In addition, this would take several days as we needed an appointment. Since we were from Spokane, WA., and needed to get home, this was impractical. The next day we went to visit Mike Schmidt at 17108 107 Ave., and he said they would review the tire situation. Costco had already replaced the regular tire with the spare donut. This they did, and in a few hours, had it fixed "to industry standards" and we were on our way back to Spokane. No problems since. Kudos to Mike and crew. We could not have been happier with their attention and service.”
“We have gone to them multiple times for many car issues. I appreciate how honest they are and how they don't overcharge for anything.
Here is an example:
We recently went to get our tires switched out, oil change, and ask about the oil light that keeps flashing for a couple seconds randomly.
First of all they were so honest and said that the tires we had on are already winters. Gave information about how our car brand actually goes through oil a lot faster.
Secondly, they checked our summer tires for us to see how much life it had and told us.
They only charged us for the oil change and no extra costs for the advice and looking at our tires.
We now live on the other side of town but we go out of our way to go to this specific location because how honest they are.
My favourite thing about them too is the key drop off if you are needing to drop off your car before they are open.”

I over heard him with other customers and he was polite, respectful, friendly and accommodating with every customer, every time. I won't go anywhere else for vehicle service now. Corbin went above and beyond!”
“I had an outstanding experience at L & M Tirecraft. After blowing out one of my winter tires during Edmonton's first big snowfall of the season, I called several shops, but many were slammed, not answering their phones, or couldn’t fit me in until the following week. (Not ideal since I live in Calgary!)
When I called L & M in the morning, Sam’s demeanor was a welcome change from the abrupt, harried staff at other shops. He was calm, patient, and reassuring. He offered two reasonably priced options and even took the time to physically check that my choice was in stock. Even though I'm certain they were just as busy as everywhere else, they took my keys in the morning & managed to squeeze me in before they closed for the weekend at 4 p.m.
Sam turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth, pleasant & convenient one. A++”

Super happy with my interaction with Christian, who said they could do it! My car was in and out in about 20 minutes. They checked the pressure in the other tires to be sure everything was in order. “I am genuinely appreciative of the service I received from this Kal Tire location recently. I had an urgent tire issue and they got me in right away and did their best to fix the issue. Later it turned out my tire was actually not repairable and they refunded the full tire repair service and let me know exactly what was going on, as well as providing a write-up I could take to the tire shop where I purchased my tires. I didn't ask for the refund but they gave it to me, which is truly appreciated from a customer service perspective. They're a very busy tire repair shop and after using their services it's easy to see why. Definitely take your car here if you're having issues.”

“Tom took the time to fit some moderatelyout of spec out of spec sized (but stiff sidewall) tires onto my M3. he's a racer so understands that sometimes you don't just want OE tire sizes. other shops scoffed at what I brought them.”
“I used to work downtown and only bought tires from this location. I no longer work downtown, but because my tires are from there, I called them this morning about a problem tire, they got me in this morning. Quick turnaround I was out in one hour (enjoyed their ice cold bottled water and snacks for customers in their customer lounge and they even brought me a fan ), had a screw in my Tire they repaired for free. Still as nice and efficient as always. I highly recommend this location.
Update: Last week in October the same tire had a slow leak, went back to visit fountain tire, thought it was something from the last fix of the screw in my tire. Turns out leak was coming from the bead attaching to the wheel this time. Again, quick and efficient service at no charge, great coffee and snacks while I waited, and they even thanked me for my earlier Google review.”
“Phoned to make appointment for wheel alignment. Travis asked what the symptoms were, and was genuinely concerned about the truck.They were able to squeeze my truck in, and told me truck should be ready by noon. It was ready before promises time. Work was perfect. A sheet was provided showing before and after the alignment. Work was perfect. I am super happy and highly recommend Fountain Tire.

“We were here on a Sunday, expecting that it wouldn't be busy. But I guess its a peak season since it's a start of winter. Everything started well, we came 15min from our booked appointment. We came back 30min later, after our booked time and still waited around 40min. We already seen our car being parked and keys being put by the bin. No one entertained us and I had had to asked nicely if they can assist us since we already seen our car parked. The installation was great, product, service was ok. It was just the wait and the feeling of being ignored in the front desk like no one wanted to assist us that's why I'm not giving my 5 stars.”
