Dan from Titan was extremely helpful in helping us remedy a basement water situation we had due to a hot water tank flood. He was great with his communication, honest about everything that needed to be done and got the work completed in a timely manner. We would not hesitate to use Titan again!

Titan Construction was incredibly wonderful to work with. They were empathetic to what our family was going through post break-in and timely in getting subcontractors arranged to help repair our home. The subcontractors they used were very detail oriented and performed their work to the highest standard.
Very impressed and highly recommend.

We had the unfortunate discovery of water in our sons room and adjoining bathroom. The flooring and drywall were greatly affected and required replacing. This was out of our scope of expertise but thank goodness for Titan! They were amazing from the beginning to the completion of our renovations. They were a fantastic liaison between us and our insurance company and the level of communication was fantastic. They were very compassionate and considerate to our unique situation and went above and beyond for the project to be done in a timely manner. The work that was done was impeccable and we are beyond pleased with the results. We are very grateful and we would and will highly recommend Titan.

We had a water leak from our roof in July. Titan was a preferred vendor with our insurance company so we used them and it was a huge mistake. In the initial inspection, we noted moisture behind a wall and visible moisture damage to the ceiling. They completed asbestos testing in July and stated that there was no asbestos. We were away on vacation and they "completed" the work while we were gone. All they completed was scraping the ceiling and putting on a new ceiling texture. They never communicated they could not provide the same texture as we had and picked a new ceiling without consulting us at all. They never removed any of the damaged drywall. We refused to sign the completion certificate so they sent an inspector. The inspector provided a scope of work to remove the wall and a portion of the ceiling. When Titan returned to work, they completed another asbestos test that came back positive in the same location! IF they had completed what they claimed to have done the first time, they would have exposed us and their workers to asbestos due to incompetence in the asbestos testing.Their project manager Alex provides zero communication without being forced. I receive no updates on the plan or timelines. He seems to think it is fine to have work completed in the house without communicating with the homeowner. I have often had unanswered calls for a week and when I do finally get a hold of him, he is annoyed that I had the audacity to want to understand how long my living room will be torn apart with the vapor barrier slowly peeling from the ceiling due to the weight of the insulation. If you choose to utilize Titan and Alex is assigned as your project manager, call another company and save yourself the headache.

Had a flood in the basement. Project manager Dan was exceptional in helping us resolve the issue and his contractor Ed was incredibly skilled, professional, helpful and kind. They both went way beyond expectations and my wife and I can't have been happier. I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing restoration work. I had a leak problem. They cut open my ceiling fixed the leak and repairs and painted the ceiling. The workers are very professional, clean and caring. The work they do shows they have pride in their job. Treat the job as if it was their own house.

Basement flooded due to heavy spring rains. Titan did all the demolition work and repaired all the water logged materials. Everyone was exceptional to work with and the contractor Ed was superb when repairing the damage. Highly recommend and can't say enough about this company and their contractor Ed.

Mid June 2023 our sump pump backed up and flooded our basement. We called our insurance company and they suggested Titan Construction. A team of workers came out and removed the carpet and items from the water area , cleaned up the excess water. Disinfected the area. Then we had Eddie and Vassiliy come out and restored our basement. They did a wonderful job . We are very happy with the work they did and the time frame which it was completed. We would recommend them should you need a job like ours completed.Service: Home renovations

Had a fire in Feb of this year. My Insurance company mentioned Titan as one of their restoration companies,that they deal with. So! I went with Titan and could not have chosen a better restoration company to go with. Love what they did with my place! Thank you Titan!

Basement flooded due to extensive rain events from August of 2022. I had gone through insurance and Titan construction was the contractor that was picked to complete the project. Communication was clear when they were arriving at the house, they were very clean and organized with the renovations. Immediately after the flood they came over and set fans up so the basement could dry out. The final product was professionally done and looks very good.
