Arman with a beard was grabbing me a piece of clothing from the back and proceeded to drop it and step on it and didn’t clean it or anything and tried to pack it up for me but i left, never again coming here i think he might’ve been under the influence cuz that wasn’t normal at all!

I had a great experience shopping at Tommy Hilfiger. The store had a fantastic collection with stylish and high-quality clothing. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. The store was well-organized, and the fitting rooms were clean and comfortable. I received the worst customer service at this location. As a paid customer, I was shopping when my toddler daughter urgently needed the washroom. The staff was neither helpful nor compassionate; their rudeness was inexcusable, especially when dealing with a child's urgent need. Very poor.

I called with 10 mins left till closing to ask if they had a size in stick and the employee was annoyed and told me to call back tomorrow. She was just busy trying to close and leave. Worst customer service ever.

Extremely Disappointed – Worst Customer Service I’ve Ever Experienced
I am shocked and extremely disappointed by the level of service at Tommy Hilfiger’s Edmonton South Common store.
On June 11, I tried to purchase clothes and was charged $112.96 during twice failed transactions. Although their machine claimed the payment didn’t go through, my bank confirmed that it did one of them, and I provided full proof. Despite multiple visits to the store and even bringing an official bank document, the staff and manager refused to give me the items I had already paid for , insisting that the payment didn’t show on their side.
They asked me to wait 3–5 business days for a refund, gave me a $40 gift card to keep me calm, and told me to come back. When I did (with no refund received), I was forced to pay a second time — again, out of my own pocket. I sent all the transaction proof directly to the staff and to a representative named Jamee S., and then was completely ignored.
It’s now been over 9 days, and I’ve paid twice for the same clothes, with no refund, no proper follow-up, no apology, and no accountability from the store or its manager.
This is not just poor customer service — the manager did absolutely nothing to support me or take ownership.
I expected far better from a brand like Tommy Hilfiger. After this experience, I will think twice before shopping here again — and I strongly warn others to check your receipts, your bank statements, and don’t expect help when something goes wrong.
