Very impressive and outstanding customer service. Friendly workers although some products are overpriced but it’s very reasonable due to the fact that it’s a designer brand. I’m so happy I didn’t have to return what I got. I’m definitely satisfied with the quality. I just want to know why their inventory looked so old and not well taken care of. The quality is very good but they don’t look very appealing to the eyes reason being it looks a little bit dirty. I hope they improve on this.

Absolute joke, I ordered from Tommy more than a month ago. The tracking number indicates the package has been in Edmonton (my city) for 18 days and still no news. You can't talk to anyone and not even sent an email. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

South Common Branch - went there right now 7:05pm to return something, I thought they are open until 8pm - NOPE! They are already close. Very disappointing!

I went shopping with my dad and this employee, Tanroop, was a great help. He answered all the questions and went out of his way to make sure me and my dad found everything we were looking for. He was swift in helping us find our sizes and his customer service was excellent. Would definitely shop here again 100%.
