“I don’t know where to start! Transformers towing is an amazing business, with incredible capable staff, and excellent service. When my moms car gave out and she was stranded, I raced right over and transformers arrived within 5 minutes of me.. I’m still stunned by how quick their dispatch was. Then there was the driver Darcy. I’ve never met such a polite, helpful, and kind gentleman. He made sure my mother was comfortable, and after her ride with him to the dealership she wouldn’t stop going on about how friendly he was. His dog (Chancey I believe) was adorable as well, and incredibly well trained. Admittedly the day was a bit of a blur and I misplaced the card he gave me. But I found it today, and it reminded me of how much of a lifesaver Darcy and Transformers Towing was that day. I could not recommend them more! Darcy - keep being the kind of guy that makes a shitty day and the need for expensive car repairs an overall positive experience from your professionalism and kind energy! You certainly brought our spirits right back up!”

“On Nov 19/24 we needed to get towing services to a dealership. The dealership referred us to call Kingsway Towing. The wait time was good. A young man named Zak #66 was so helpful and knowledgeable. He loaded up our vehicle with caution was telling us what all he was doing etc. As he was done and ready to leave he made it very clear he would go slow down the gravel road with our vehicle. Being very respectful. He was very pleasant and he cared about the situation we were in. I highly recommend this young man 5/5.”

Told me to wait in the other vehicle that had come to wait with me and stay warm while he loaded the car.
