“Amazing service.
My Hyundai needs the bumper loosened/removed to change a headlight bulb! Canadian Tire's quote was crazy. CARSTAR came in way cheaper.
They smartly suggested changing all bulbs on both sides while the bumper was down. They only added the cost of the bulbs (cheap), no additional labour! Now I have peace of mind.

“Needed a tow at 3:00am. in the morning because I blew a tire. The lady on the phone was very nice to speak to. Tow showed up about 15 minutes later. The driver was very professional and quick.
At this time of day, I was expecting a $150 plus tow. Was very surprised it was only $113. Mind you, I didn't have it towed that far. I was still expecting a higher rate.

“I don’t know where to start! Transformers towing is an amazing business, with incredible capable staff, and excellent service. When my moms car gave out and she was stranded, I raced right over and transformers arrived within 5 minutes of me.. I’m still stunned by how quick their dispatch was. Then there was the driver Darcy. I’ve never met such a polite, helpful, and kind gentleman. He made sure my mother was comfortable, and after her ride with him to the dealership she wouldn’t stop going on about how friendly he was. His dog (Chancey I believe) was adorable as well, and incredibly well trained. Admittedly the day was a bit of a blur and I misplaced the card he gave me. But I found it today, and it reminded me of how much of a lifesaver Darcy and Transformers Towing was that day. I could not recommend them more! Darcy - keep being the kind of guy that makes a shitty day and the need for expensive car repairs an overall positive experience from your professionalism and kind energy! You certainly brought our spirits right back up!”
