We had a terrible experience. Their website states, "We understand that if you are calling us you are probably not having a great day. We aim to make it a little bit better by offering local emergency towing services at an affordable price." However, they made our day significantly worse after an already stressful day because they aren't understanding at all and their prices aren't affordable. They claim that we gave them wrong directions although we gave them a clear landmark. When we first texted them the pick-up location, they didn't clarify it either. We wouldn't give them wrong directions on purpose when we urgently need a tow for one of our main vehicles and it's -30 degrees on a late night. We were trying to clarify all of this with them; however, the person on the phone kept raising his voice at us, interrupting us, and went as far as to rudely ask "Can you understand English?" He claimed that he has been in the industry for 10 to 15 years, yet his customer service is the worst that I've ever encountered. He claimed that the phone call was being recorded - which he never disclosed at the beginning of any our calls like he was supposed to - but when I asked if he could send me the recording he said that he didn't have access, which wouldn't make sense if he was the owner like he claimed to be. Since they were clearly angry with us and we were extremely unhappy with how they were treating us, we told him that they did not need to tow our vehicle anymore and we would go to another business. He threatened us by saying that they were still going to tow our vehicle against our wishes and if we didn't pay then they would send it to storage. They were careless when they finally did bring our vehicle to our home, almost hitting our garage door and scraping the underside of our vehicle then saying, "It is what it is". It's very apparent that they don't care about decent customer service and they only want to take money from customers who are already in a vulnerable position. I don't recommend this place to anyone, regardless of how badly you need a tow.Service: Car towing

Long wait time for customer service. Their service ended up being awful. The person who claims to be the owner yells at customers and tries to argue with them a lot. Won’t try to understand what customers are trying to say, instead he makes them feel like they shouldn’t have been in that situation in the first place. Just bad service overall and shouldn’t be in this type of business.Service: Car towing

Can’t say enough about this company. Got in an accident New Year’s Eve. The only thing that went right that day was this company. Made me feel safe, took over the whole scene and was caring and concerned to the end. I’d give 10 stars if I could.Keep up the fabulous work ❤️

If icould give zero i would,said would be 30 to35 mins for tow,never showed,called different company, 30 mins later arrived as promised cheap towing is a clown show.

Terrible experience. Called for a tow, was told that they’d send someone right away. Waited for 50 minutes, called them, and said they haven’t even left yet and was told to just wait.. waited for another 20 minutes no one came or didn’t even call. Complete waste of time.Service: Car towing
