Do not bring vehicle here for service. Ripoff artists. Brought Rav 4 in for oil change and inspection. 2. 5 hrs later they called and said back brakes are worn and should be replaced . Cost $750. No thanks we replied. Said belt was cracked and should be replaced . $170. Said ok . over hour later we went to service counter were Told that it's another 20 minutes. At that point they said pulley was bad. Went out to see mechanic about this. I could see easily that the plastic wheel if pulley was worn. cost ($750). Asked to see belt and he could not find it . Why didn't mechanic see pulley when changing belt. Instead he put everything back together and then mentioned pulley so that he once again had to take tire and guard off. left decision to my wife Because she is the one who drives it. I thought maybe a big job. Realize now I could have changed everything myself for about 1 hour labour and $225 parts. when they brought car out only used pullley was there. For third time asked for used belt. 15 minutes later they brought out a belt And we left. As we are leaving I look at belt and dont see any cracks That they said were there . Go back in and talk to asst service manager. Asked him what is wrong with belt. After 5 minutes he says nothing why? I said because your mechanic said it was bad. He then leaves to and comes back 10 minutes later and says he talked to senior mechanic and he says it's worn. What happened to it's cracked ?So frustrated ask to talk to service manager. Told he is not in and will call me. Now 5 days later and no call. Always ask for parts replaced. You will see in photos that pulley wheel Could be easily replaced at fraction of cost and belt is fine BEWARE for these ripoff artists

Ordered a vehicle in May 2023, knowing full well there would be a long wait. The wait we were quoted was 14-16 months. By September 2024, they were still not able to commit to an arrival date. Was really disappointed with poor communication. If we weren’t calling to ask for updates, we would not have heard from them until who knows when.
In September 2024, we got frustrated and ended up going to another dealership that was able to get the exact same vehicle within six weeks.

I walked in to WEM Toyota after having a troublesome and worst experience of cheating and price hoarding at Toyota on the Trail dealership. I had booked Toyota Rav4 hybrid XLE more than a year ago and when it came, they asked more than 13K more on MSRP. Finally, I decided to try WEM Toyota after a friend recommended me there. The best part of their dealership is that they are very transparent in their dealing and discuss the pricing according to Toyota Canada website. Though I was very skeptical to book again but Sam and Sukh Chahal professional approach made me very comfortable as soon as I entered their dealership.
Sam has an exceptional customer service and extensive product knowledge. Though my choice of car was already decided but still he was patient enough to give all the details of the new model of Toyota RAV4 XLE hybrid. He took my booking in the month of March 2023 and told me that there will be a waiting time of almost a year or so. To my surprise Sukh made a call in the month of May 2023 that a customer has cancelled and since my choice of color matches so they were ready to offer me this car earlier than I expected. They could have straight away gone for price hoarding or auction but this dealership preferred giving it to their waiting customers. So, the team of Sam and Sukh called me again in the end of May2023 to discuss this car with added package features. Though initially I denied all additional packages but both were patient and kind to explain why they have to add these features and why it would be beneficial for me in the long run. So finally, after long and detailed discussion with both of them I made up my mind to pick this new car in mid of June 2023.
Today I am driving my new Toyota RAV4 XLE hybrid and experiencing all the exceptional features provided by Toyota and I am simply in love with my car. The complimentary packages offered by WEM dealership also make your experience exceptional in the long run.
Overall, my experience with the team of Sam and Sukh was nothing short of outstanding. The best part of their team is that you don’t have to waste time in negotiating your price. Most of the dealership make advisor go to and fro to finance guy for price negotiation. But in this team as soon as I had finalized the product with Advisor Sam, Sukh the Finance guy patiently sat with me to finalize my deal in a professional and transparent manner. Their dedication, professionalism, and warmth in understanding my concerns were instrumental in making my car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable after such a bad previous experience. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend visiting Toyota at West Edmonton Mall and seeking out Sam and Sukh team for an outstanding customer experience.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!
I came to change the oil and filter, an hour after the oil change, the engine check came on. when I looked under the hood, I saw spilled oil on the engine. I suspect that the mechanic accidentally spilled oil and it got on the oxygen sensor and it failed. When I returned to them, the manager told me that if it was not their fault, the diagnostics would cost $100.
After more than 3 hours of waiting manager said that the oil got in sensor, but it was not their fault (so the mechanic thinks), they did not charge the payment for car diagnostics and offered me to replace the sensor for $300. They refused to change the sensor at their own expense, because they thinking it's just a coincidence that the check engine lit up right after the service!
IRRESPONSIBLE ATTITUDE TO YOUR WORK AND DISRESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS! CHECK THE CAR AFTER THEIR SERVICE!
During the last 2 year I changed the oil and filter more than 10 times at their service, but I will never contact them again
