I meant to post this review sooner. In July, I was part of the Jasper fire evacuations. Track 'N Trail offered an item of clothing on the house to me, my partner, and whoever else from Jasper needed it. To me, this shows a level of community that's very moving. Thank you Track 'N Trail for what you did for us. A very caring and genuine business.

My girlfriend and I were evacuated from Fort McMurray due to the fires. We’re touring around killing time and decided to stop in because I’ve been looking for a running vest for weeks online to no avail. The extremely welcoming and helpful staff here treated us like gold and got me fitted for the exact vest I was looking for. Super polite, knowledgeable, and patient with the questions I had. I can’t say enough nice things about our visit. You’re in great hands choosing to purchase here ? (thanks again)

I love stopping into this shop - along Whyte, just a couple blocks from the Strathcona Market. The staff are excellent and the brands they carry are really good quality. Not a huge store, but they carry the essentials for backpacking and staple gear like sleeping bags, sleeping pads, boots, and clothing.

Went there 3 times first two times employees where great no issues. But the 3rd time I went there had such a terrible experience with one of the employees I had to walk out and will no longer shop here.

Went in at the end of the day, bought a pair of Nordic blades/bindings. Bob had the bindings mounted quickly, which was very much appreciated! I picked them up the next morning when the store opened and was able to enjoy a magical skating experience on Pigeon Lake that day! Thanks for the fast service!!

I recently purchased a Patagonia down jacket from Track n Trail, and after about a month of use, I noticed a hole in the underarm due to a large feather quill. Fortunately, Brendan as more than helpful and promptly sent my jacket to the Patagonia repair shop in Calgary. In just a month, the jacket was returned to me, perfectly fixed and free of charge. I can't express how pleased I am with the service and support I received. This experience reinforces my belief in shopping locally, and I highly recommend Track n Trail for their excellent customer service and commitment to their customers.

I always feel welcomed and appreciated here. The new Rab Vital jacket they are selling is very lightweight, completely cuts the wind while keeping you dry. It's my go to for running, biking and skiing for windy, rainy or cool conditions. Packing down to the size of my fist makes it easy to stash in a water belt/running pack. Shopping here for years I have recognized that the staff and owners know their stuff. They care about their customers and their community!
