We were in Edmonton several weeks ago and were having a slow leak in one of our tires. We went to Costco, and they told us we would have to replace all four tires, as the leak could not be fixed. In addition, this would take several days as we needed an appointment. Since we were from Spokane, WA., and needed to get home, this was impractical. The next day we went to visit Mike Schmidt at 17108 107 Ave., and he said they would review the tire situation. Costco had already replaced the regular tire with the spare donut. This they did, and in a few hours, had it fixed "to industry standards" and we were on our way back to Spokane. No problems since. Kudos to Mike and crew. We could not have been happier with their attention and service.

Won't be back! I went into the store in the morning and received a quote on a set of tires for my 2014 Ram 3500, The price was reasonable. I was told that the tires would arrive by noon they didn't come in until 1:19, took the truck in and my employee was told 45 minutes to install the tires, they didn't even bring the truck in for over an hour. It was explained to them that the truck was heavy and was picked up on their hoist in such a way that the truck was literally bending and parting the body lines of the truck (I have pictures to show it) My employee checked with dodge for wheel torque and they torqued them incorrectly, then when we checked tire pressure it was at 45 psi which is not proper pressure for ANY 1 Ton truck on the road. I tried to give my business to a local company and it failed. I cant believe that this shop has high rated reviews at all. Recommend using anyone else.

Went here as my workplace uses them for work. They were very patient with me as i had a 3rd party warranty. Also they were a lot cheaper then the dealer by more then 300$!! Awesome place?

What service we received today! Above & beyond!. A trip to Edmonton from Athabasca ended with a puncture but Trail Tires stepped up & fitted us in to get it repaired when Kal Tire wouldn't help! Great staff kudos to them all. Thank you! ??????

This is by far the best mechanic shop I have been too. Very polite and patient with explaining anything regarding my car. I have gone to this place a couple of times for all sorts of issues and every time my vehicles have not taken more than a couples hours. This shop will also never sell you things you don’t absolutely need. Often will warn me about possible upcoming work as well which I love since I’m a fix as you go kind of person. Overall I would highly recommend going here if you need a reliable mechanic that will treat you right!

Very disappointed in the product and after sales service I have received.I purchased 4 tires for my truck and 4 tires for my trailerThe truck tires put on my truck were not the tires the manager sold me.He claims the tires he put on were better and the same ones he has on his truck.I took my truck on a highway trip and found vibration from the tires in my steering.I called the store to be told it would be 2 weeks until the can possibly look at balancing the wheels again.Reason being it's snow tire season and very busy.Yes I know that.It was Your shotty workmanship that you can't back up.I guess you have my money.But now I will never use you again nor will I recommend your store !!!

They were very helpful and friendly. They treated my RAM TRUCK with respect. They had seat covers on so they would not get my seat dirty while they repaired my tire . The job was done on time. Apparently they all liked my truck . I received nice comments from all of them . Thank you again for great service.
