SCAM SCAM SCAM
Firstly i called a different tow company but transformers towing showed up to tow away my from from it being rear ended. No ETA or cost estimate was given during the phone call. Took over an hour for the driver to arrive, by then the vehicle was pushed into near open parking lot. I was charged every fee possible and almost tripled my kilometer range from 23km trip to 70km trip. Over $1200 towing bill!

I don’t know where to start! Transformers towing is an amazing business, with incredible capable staff, and excellent service. When my moms car gave out and she was stranded, I raced right over and transformers arrived within 5 minutes of me.. I’m still stunned by how quick their dispatch was. Then there was the driver Darcy. I’ve never met such a polite, helpful, and kind gentleman. He made sure my mother was comfortable, and after her ride with him to the dealership she wouldn’t stop going on about how friendly he was. His dog (Chancey I believe) was adorable as well, and incredibly well trained. Admittedly the day was a bit of a blur and I misplaced the card he gave me. But I found it today, and it reminded me of how much of a lifesaver Darcy and Transformers Towing was that day. I could not recommend them more! Darcy - keep being the kind of guy that makes a shitty day and the need for expensive car repairs an overall positive experience from your professionalism and kind energy! You certainly brought our spirits right back up!

I want to extend my sincere thanks to Transformers Towing for their excellent service when my truck unexpectedly broke down at Anthony. I called them, and they responded immediately, guiding me patiently over the phone until help arrived. Their tow truck showed up faster than those from other companies, and its condition—along with the expertise of the operator—demonstrated their commitment to quality. I'm extremely grateful to Transformers Towing for handling the situation so efficiently and professionally.

Zach was fantastic. Transformers Towing arrived promptly and took excellent care of me when I accidentally locked myself out of my vehicle on multiple separate occasions. Their pricing was very fair. The third time I called them was after a collision, and they immediately dispatched a driver to assist me. They provided fast, reliable towing service, handled the situation professionally, and coordinated directly with my insurance company.

Thanks to transformers towing for helping me out towing my car when I got into a collision, they were very fast. The ETA was less than 20 minutes as well! They dealt with the Insurance company directly. Thank you again Zach. Life saver..

Rad driver with his co-pilot (Darcy and Chance) picked up 01 gmc long box and towed to my residence, friendly and top notch service. Towing can get expensive, hopefully won’t need another tow but if I need one I’ll be calling these guys!
