The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, and it’s clear they genuinely care about pets. Our fur babies absolutely love the meats and treats we get here. I was introduced to Trident, though a friend while exploring raw options. Both my catahoula crosses are high energy and were not doing well on kibble. I talked to Chad and with encouragement and strong leadership skills he had set both my dogs up on a plan that was optimal for them. Maple has lost her extra weight and Chuck has leaned out and his muscles are more defined. They both are performing to the max and no more big stinky poops! The staff at Trident made the transition effortless and a great experience, if you're looking for knowledge, professionalism and top tier quality product look no further.
