Ibrahim, Uchena and Uchena did an amazing job! They are wonderful guys and hard workers, truly a dream team! And very efficient and pleasant to deal with. Their services are worth every penny, I would request them again by name in a heartbeat!

The movers were efficient and friendly. They did break a few items but were apologetic. They gave a minor credit to cover the broken items. I appreciate the gesture; however, it didn’t cover the cost of the broken items or the need to get my house professionally cleaned again.
I specifically told the movers I’d just had the house professionally cleaned and carpets steam cleaned. They kept their shoes on (which I understand is more efficient) but said they would put down runners and pads. They only put a runner on the stairs - no pads or anything on my hardwood, carpets or basement stairs. My floors got filthy as a result.
Reggie the operations manager did very little to resolve the issues. He said he didn’t want to make an insurance claim and that they aren’t house cleaners. He said he called to come to an agreement with me. I’m not sure what he meant as I pointed out that I would be out of pocket to pay for a cleaning of a house that had just been deep cleaned, including steam cleaning of carpets. He said he would phone me back and never did. Terrible customer service!
I do NOT recommend this company because of the lack of customer service and follow through from the front office.

We used Two Men and a Truck on very cold Alberta day. in -25 those guys moved everything safely and efficiently. Brought floor runners, blankets. made sure they didn't get our carpets wet. I recommend them 100%. Great service from admin office to moving staff. all very friendly and accommodating.

The movers themselves were fine and professional but we ended paying $3000 more than what was originally quoted because the guy who came to do the estimate messed up his estimation a the move ended up taking way longer than they expected. I get that moving furniture and packing belongings is hard and heavy work and we are more than happy to pay for the labour, but it is unrealistic and unreasonable to have quoted us so much lower than what it actually ended up costing us. They also only told us the final price after the move was complete so there was nothing we could do at that point except pay. It’s not like it was a $500 difference, that would be understandable. It was a whole $3000 difference, so the estimate meant nothing. It was so frustrating and upsetting because we gave the estimate guy a very clear and accurate overview of what needed to be done. It felt like a trick at the end.

The two men (Carlon & Kingdom) they sent did a very good job of packing my things and ensured the move was completed in a timely manner. The company even stored my items until I was ready to have them moved to my new home. I would highlyrecommend them and I'd definitely use them again!

My call was answered right away and was sent documents for booking 2 movers within 2 days notice to sign via email. Booked, Confirmed and deposit paid in 15 minutes!
We moved from 1 unit to another on the same floor and the 3 desks were massive and heavy.
The 2 young man /movers Mohan and Chi were respectful to us, to each other, the suite and with the furniture. The leader of the 2 advised that it may take longer then the estimated 2 hrs judging by the amount of workload. He was right, it was more like 3.5. However we did ask for extra support...like installing legs on our heavy desk and they accommodated without hesitation all our minor requests, including removing 2 doors from the hinges to allow the desk to fit through the doorways. Provide your own tools.
Just FYI: They do charge travel time even if you don't need a truck. But at least they had the dollies, covers and straps they needed on hand.
The dispatcher even called back to get feedback and check on how they can improve.
Well done team!
