The trampoline park and jungle gym is awesome but the hot food is super disappointing, literally Walmart great value chicken tenders, and Tostitos as nachos lol, gave it a 3 star for the kids fun aspect but wish I could rate separately

This place is an overpriced pee station.
Staff is so slow at cleaning up, and seating is crowded.

Decent experience overall. My kids loved the trampoline and slide area. The place had a good variety of play areas for all ages and was very neat and tidy. I saw staff wiping tables and vacuuming and the bathrooms were clean.
I was glad proof of vaccination was required however was disappointed to see that indoor masking was not enforced. A large majority of the children were running around without masks in close proximity to each other and even some adult guests, who were clearly not eating, also had no masks in the play areas. In the main eating/sitting area the tables were not spaced apart by 2 meters on all sides. My back was up against another lady who was sitting behind me, presumably where people would be removing their masks to eat and drink.
The website indicates no barefoot are allowed and I saw a number of children running around with no socks. I get that some kids don't like wearing sock (or masks) but those were just my observations that made me feel a bit uncomfortable.
If it had not been for these few observations I made about the masking and spacing, I think it would be a really good experience and we would go back in a heart beat. The facility itself is super fun!
Additional review: we ended up coming back in December 2024, during school break time and I wanted to mention that I was impressed by the level of monitoring occurring in the trampoline area. On two seperate occasions there were staff members monitoring the safety of the kids and blowing a whistle if they crawled up to sit higher than they were supposed to or eyeing up adults who were just laying on the trampolines. Seating space was tight in the trampoline area; wish there were a few more tables/seats in that area but overall, another enjoyable experience so am changing my review to 4 stars.

We had a small birthday party for my son and his friends, staff has nicely arranged the room as discussed. All went well and had a good time there.
*We had the room by the glass windows, and the room was cold because of winter cold. We requested to switch on the heater, staff said it's on and will be warm in 5 min but it wasn't. Then we tried to keep open the room door to get some warm air from the Hall.
Other than that, everything was perfect.

My 5 year old was playing in the
Toddler area on a week day when no other child was in the area
The staff approached him saying he was too old and he had to get out
She embarrassed him and he immediately was about to cry
We had already spent about $50 in our visit and he now was too embarrassed to stay

We showed up with our kids after the pool was to full so we got in for the last hour. The staff gave us a discount and it was virtually empty so the kids got the run of the place it was a great alternative to swimming

Vanishka at the front counter was discriminating me and my sisters and lied to us saying the playground was at maximum capacity. We asked for a manager and she brought her friend over. when we got a hold of the manager, he clarified it wasnt at full capacity. they showed no respect whatsoever and she started speaking to the manager in their own language trying to justify her actions when she knows she was in the wrong. Worst experience ive ever had at a childrens place, would not recommend

Recommend to parents with kids under10. The place could be better organised with better partitions. Kids definitely enjoyed the trampoline area.

Playing was fine and prices to get in were good, how ever the food was horrible. Got a grill cheese and it was bread not toasted at all the cheese wasn’t melted at all and was very dry, fries tasted alright also very dry, chicken was not chicken tenders it was chicken fingers very under cooked and doughy. Nothing had flavour, either undercooked or burnt. I wouldn’t recommend it for food at all.

our experience was significantly impacted by the staff's behavior. The main issue arose when the staff insisted on charging for a teenager who had no intention of playing and simply wanted to sit in the designated sitting area. This policy felt unreasonable and inflexible, especially since the teenager was not using any of the play facilities. The staff's attitude came across as rude and unaccommodating, which made the visit unpleasant

My Granddaughter and I takes the kids there lot they always have a good time but the service is getting worse and worse last time we went we got double charged on our card for our food order and when we asked about it, we were told we would have to wait three days to have it confirmed when your like me on a fixed income and live out of the city that a long time we also seen a mouse running around the under the play structure and when we brought it to staff’s attention they literally just shrunk their shoulders and said it happens I was so disappointed with this last visit I just don’t see us coming back
